关系镶嵌结构、知识共享与服务创新绩效的关联性研究

【摘要】 随着全球服务经济时代的到来,透过服务创造附加价值成为企业竞争的基本筹码。而面对环境快速变化,服务创新是服务业实现永续发展的内在要求和获得竞争优势的关键。“大力发展服务业”和“自主创新”已被确定为我国发展战略的重要组成部分,我国服务业得到长足的发展,但在内部结构和总体实力上都存在较大问题,相对于其他发达国家,在服务的提供等各方面的竞争力仍有待加强。近年来,企业的关系网络成为探讨服务创新的新兴研究途径,因为服务创新需要许多复杂的知识、能力和资源,而多数企业不再自行完成所有创新活动,而是跨越组织的边界整合外部伙伴的资源或能力,以提高企业创新产品与服务的能力。因此,创新应该从网络合作的角度加以思考,这些网络伙伴拥有互补性的资源、信息和知识,有助于企业提高服务创新活动的绩效。目前,部分社会镶嵌的文献指出镶嵌资本是服务创新绩效的关键因素,但没能解决镶嵌影响服务创新绩效的作用机理,这体现在对二者之间的中间变量(中介变量或调节变量)的研究仍为空白。因此,鲜有研究探讨关系镶嵌结构在影响服务创新绩效的过程中是否受到其他变量的干扰。本文在对国内外关于服务创新、关系镶嵌结构及服务创新绩效等的研究进行系统文献综述的基础上,采用实证研究的方法,主要探讨关系镶嵌、结构镶嵌、认知镶嵌、知识共享和服务创新绩效之间的关系。为了验证本研究提出的理论假设,通过对243家典型服务业企业的中高层管理人员发放调查问卷收集数据,运用SPSS17.0和AMOS7.0等计量统计工具进行数据分析,构建了关系镶嵌结构、知识共享和服务创新绩效之间关系的结构方程模型,通过模型要素之间的路径关系进行了假设检验。研究结果显示:(1)关系镶嵌结构对服务创新绩效有显著的正向影响关系。(2)关系镶嵌结构对知识共享有显著的正向影响关系。(3)知识共享对服务创新绩效有显著的正向影响关系。(4)知识共享在关系镶嵌结构对服务创新绩效的影响中起着中介作用。进一步检验得出:1)知识共享作为完全中介变量,存在于关系镶嵌与服务创新绩效的影响路径中;2)知识共享作为部分中介变量,存在于结构镶嵌与服务创新绩效的影响路径中;3)知识共享作为部分中介变量,存在于认知镶嵌与服务创新绩效的影响路径中。

【Abstract】 With the global service economy era coming, it’s the basic chips for enterprises to create additional value to win the competition. However, facing the rapidly changing environment, service innovation became the key factor to achieve sustainable development and to gain the competitive advantage.“Vigorously developping the service industry”and“independent innovation”has been identified as China’s important development strategy, and our service industries have got the considerable development. But the internal structure and overall ability exist some large problems. Relative to other developed countries, the competitiveness of service provision remains to be strengthened. In recent years, enterprise network relationship become the new research avenue to explore service innovation. Because service innovation requires many complex resources, abilities and knowledge, and most enterprises no longer complete all innovation activities on their own. They integrate organizational external partners’resources or abilities to improve the ability of enterprise service and product innovation. Therefore, innovation should be explored from the angle of network cooperation. These network partners have complementary resources, information and knowledge, which would help enterprises to improve service innovation performance. At present, some social embeddedness literature pointed out that embeddedness capital was the key factor of service innovation performance, but they can’t elaborate the function mechanism of embeddedness on service innovation performance. The research about middle varible (mediating variable or modulating variable) is still blank.. Therefore, few studies discussed whether the process of relational embeddedness configuration affecting service innovation performance is influenced by other variables.Based on the literature review of relational embeddedness configuration, knowledge sharing and service innovation performance studied by many scholars home and abroad, this paper deeply analyzed the relationships between relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness, cognitive embeddedness, knowledge sharing and service innovation performance. In order to verify theoretical assumptions provided in this paper, 243 service directors and middle and high-level managers participate in the questionnaire. Statistic tools such as SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0 are used to analyze data. The paper proposes a Structural Equation Model(SEM)which consists of relational embeddedness configuration, knowledge sharing and service innocation performance, and empirically tests the model with data from a questionnaire. Hypothesizes are proved by the paths relationship test in the model.The conclusion shows that: (1)Relational embeddedness configuration has a positive impact on service innovation performance. (2)Relational embeddedness configuration has a positive impact on knowledge sharing. (3)Knowledge sharing has a positive impact on service innovation performance. (4)Knowledge sharing is the intermediate variable in the path of relational embeddedness configuration on service innovation performance. The results of analysis also proved: 1)Knowledge sharing is the complete intermediate variable in the path of relational embeddedness on service innovation performance. 2)Knowledge sharing is the partial intermediate variable in the path of structural embeddedness on service innovation performance. 3)Knowledge sharing is the partial intermediate variable in the path of cognitive embeddedness on service innovation performance.
