新课程背景下分层教学发展研究

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,教育教学改革的推进,长期以来在教学中占据统治地位的传统班级授课制越来越暴露出了它的局限性:忽视学生之间的差异性,从备课、授课、作业、评价、辅导整个教学过程中都采取“一刀切”的方式,统一要求,统一教学,统一评价,培养出来的学生也往往是标准化的产品,而不是个性化的人才。为了实现国家建设人力资源强国,步入创新型国家行列的建设目标,为了给国家培养出“规模宏大、结构优化、布局合理、素质优良的人才队伍”,我们必须对传统的班级授课制进行改进,寻找注重学生个体差异,促进学生差异化发展的教学。而国家新课程改革的推进、国家中长期教育改革规划的设置使这一改革要求变得更为迫切。分层教学是充分考虑学生的个性特征、兴趣爱好、志向抱负等客观差异,并结合特定阶段内学生的知识基础、认知水平和发展潜能,对学生进行层别划分,并对不同层别的学生进行有针对性的教学与指导,使所有学生得到适合自己的最大限度的发展的教学。分层教学的理念是与新课程改革提倡的以学生发展为本,关注学生个体差异的教学理念相吻合的,必将对今后的教育教学改革产生重大影响。分层教学在我国已走过多年历程,为我国的教育教学作出过重要贡献,在实施中积累了不少经验,也产生了不少问题,在新的背景下也面临了一些挑战。在这种情况下对分层教学的发展进行回顾,对面临的问题和困难进行分析并提出一些优化建议尤为重要。本文共分为五部分。第一部分为引言,指出本文的研究背景及研究目的;第二部分对国内外分层教学的发展进行了回顾,并对分层教学的概念进行了阐述;第三部分阐述了分层教学发展的理论基础;第四部分分析了社会变革和教育教学改革对分层教学发展提出的新要求和分层教学实施中面对的问题和困难;第五部分提出了今后分层教学发展推进的一些优化建议。

【Abstract】 With the social development and the reformation of the education and instruction, the traditional class teaching system which played a dominated role in instruction had exposed its shortcomings. The traditional class teaching system ignored the differences between the students, teachers adopt "all are the same" teaching method during the whole process of teaching, and produced the standardized“products“by those methods instead of individualized person. In order to carry out our country’s goal that to become a strong country with large and excellent human resources, to be a innovating country, and to build a large, structured, reasonably distributed and talented talent bank, we have to make some change on traditional class teaching system. The social development and the reformation of the education and instruction make this action urgent. Teaching according to different levels means teaching based on the differences between different students, such as personal character, interest, ambition and so on, use different method to teach because of these differences, to make all the students have the most suitable and the biggest development. Teaching according to different levels had gone more than twenty years in our country, we can get many experiences. At the same time its development faces some problems and difficulties during this new tradition. So it’s very important to review the history of its development and give some advices on how to do better in the future.This article consists of five parts. The first part is an introduction, points out the research background and research purposes. The second part of the paper reviews the development of Teaching in Different Levels at home and abroad, and describes the concept of Teaching in Different Levels. The third part of this paper describes the theoretical basis for the development of hierarchical teaching.The fourth part tries to analyze the problems and difficulties during the development of the teaching in different level in the future. The fifth part of the paper gives some suggestions on how to do better in the future.
