【摘要】 以中小学教师为主要培养对象的教育硕士专业学位研究生教育,是我国高层次的基础教育师资培养规格,1996年4月国务院学位委员会第十四次会议审议通过的《关于设置和试办教育硕士专业学位的报告》,对教育硕士专业学位的性质做出了明确规定：教育硕士专业学位是具有特定教育职业背景的专业性学位,主要培养面向基础教育教学和管理工作需要的高层次人才。现代教育技术公共课程的课程,作为教育硕士教育中设置的公共必修课程之一《现代教育技术》,主要培养目标是提高教育硕士在学科教学中的教育技术能力,目前只有国家教委只制定了指导性文件,并没有明确地的课程标准和设计方案。在《现代教育技术》课程的教学存在课程定位不准、教学内容重点不突出、与中小学教师教育技术标准结合不够、理论与实践脱节、针对教育硕士的教育技术能力培养不足等诸多问题,需要对《现代教育技术》公共课程进行改革。国家教育部正式颁布了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》《中小学教师教育技术能力标准》明确规定了中小学教师应该具备的教育技术能力要求,应作为《现代教育技术》公共课程教学改革的直接依据。笔者通过对当前教育硕士教育中应用的典型教材——教学内容的载体进行分析,结合自己的教学实践与访谈了解,认为当前教育硕士《现代教育技术》公共课程教学内容与中小学教师教育技术能力标准要求不够相符,教学内容的适用性和针对性不强。在认真解读《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》的基础上,运用课程设计与教学内容选择的原理与方法、教学系统设计的方法,在分析教育硕士特点和教学特殊性的基础上依据我国颁布的中小学教师教育技术能力标准进行,制定了教育硕士《现代教育技术》公共课程标准,编写课程教学设计和教材目录,并附典型教材内容,以期能更好地促进教育硕士掌握现代教育技术能力。更多还原
