【摘要】 自1912年熊彼特提出“创新”概念以来,不断有专家学者对技术创新进行深入研究。当前,世界各国都十分重视技术创新的理论研究,并将理论研究的结果运用于技术创新的实践当中,把技术创新作为推动产业发展、抢占经济制高点的重要战略保障。随着我国工业化进程的不断加深,技术创新在经济增长中所起的作用逐渐增大,技术创新推进产业发展的效果日益明显,我国产业发展和经济增长将越来越依赖于技术创新。只有大力推进技术创新,以创新推动工业进步和产业升级,才可能在全球化市场竞争中立于不败之地。企业是产业的组成部分。企业通过技术创新维持竞争优势,增强企业在国内外市场上的竞争能力；与此同时,它也在对所属产业产生推动作用,先发创新企业能够推动产业内技术核心的研发,从而促使相关企业加强创新投入以确保生存和发展,最终带动整个产业不断向前发展。本文主要研究企业技术创新与产业发展之间的关系。从企业技术创新的角度入手,对我国技术创新的现状、企业技术创新的现状分别作相关研究,通过查询历年的知识产权年鉴和统计年鉴,对研发投入、专利申请授权量、科技人力投入等因素的数据进行整理和分析,总结我国的技术创新状况,一是我国的技术创新近年来进步显著；二是我国技术创新状况与发达国家相比仍有一定的差距；三是企业已成为我国技术创新的主体。随后,本文着力阐述企业技术创新与产业发展的关系,在此基础上试图从经济要素、产权要素、人力要素和市场要素四个维度入手,构建一个技术创新生态学的概念模型。通过对比亚迪公司的技术创新历程作描述性分析,找出企业在技术创新过程中的前进路径,发现技术创新对企业和产业发展所起的作用,进一步验证前文的理论关系和概念模型。最后,在前文理论分析、模型构建和案例分析的基础上,对我国技术创新之路作相关建议,并提出进一步的研究展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Shumpeter developed the concept of innovation in 1912, specialists and scholars made a continuously intensive study of technological innovation. At present, countries in the world attach great importance to the research of the theory of technological innovation and put the results of study into practice, therefore, technological innovation is the strategic reassurance to promote the development of industries and to seize the commanding point of economy.With the fast propulsion of the industrialization, the technological innovation plays a more important role in the growth of economy and the development of industry. Therefore, only the promotion of technological innovation can push the industries progress and upgrade shall keep and win our quotient in the fierce competition.Enterprise is the basic part of the industry. By means of technological innovation, the enterprises hold on to a dominant position and increase the competitiveness in the domestic and international markets.In this dissertation, the relationship between the development of industry and the technological innovation has been studied. First of all, the current situations of our country and industries are investigated respectively from the angle of technological innovation. By referring to the yearbooks of intellectual property and statistics, analysis of expenditure on R&D, the number of patent applications accepted and patents granted, R&D personnel have been done to summarize the condition of innovation in our country as follow:firstly, progress in technological innovation is profound in recent years; secondly, there is a certain gap between China and some developed countries in the area of technological innovation; thirdly, the enterprise become the principal mainstay of technological innovation in our country. Subsequently, this paper makes efforts to build a conceptual model of technological innovation ecology from economic factors, property factors, human factors and market factors. According to a descriptive analysis of innovation process of BYD company, this paper tries to find out the process of enterprises in technological innovation path forward, as well as technological innovation makes a effect on enterprises and industrial development. Therefore, the theoretical relationship and conceptual model have being further confirmed. At last, based on the theoretical analysis, model construction and case analysis above, this paper makes some suggestions of the way of technological innovation, and put forwards the prospect of this approach.更多还原
