【摘要】 国家与国家之间的竞争就是经济实力的竞争,就是科技的竞争,就是教育的竞争,归根结底还是人才的竞争。高中数学教育对每个学生来说是至关重要的,高中学习不仅使学生掌握数学基础知识与基本技能,而且还对他们良好个性品质的形成起到了非常积极的促进作用。我们每个人的个性品质并不是与生俱来的,而是与后天的家庭生活、学校教育、社会环境等因素息息相关的。良好的个性直接关系到一个人的生存与发展,因此,我们每个人都应该从自身的实际出发,不断地取长补短、优化自身的个性。学生良好的个性品质是建构他们在学习中主体性地位的需要,也是为培养社会主义社会高素质创新人才的需要。培养高中学生良好的个性品质,是实施素质教育的关键,也是他们主体性地位的具体体现,还是他们学好数学的关键。高中数学教育是中小学教育的重要组成部分,高中数学教育在于使学生的数学基础知识、基本技能、数学思想方法、逻辑思维能力等方面都得到发展的同时,也培养他们的非智力因素,即良好个性品质的培养；而高中学生良好的个性品质也有利于数学教学的顺利进行。本文综合运用教育学、心理学、数学教育学、数学教育心理学的基本思想,根据高中学生的年龄特点,系统总结分析了高中数学教育与学生个性品质之间的相互关系,即高中数学教育能够有助于学生良好个性品质的形成,而学生良好的个性品质也对他们的数学学习起到积极的促进作用。学生良好的个性品质可以增强他们对数学的兴趣和主题意识,不仅对他们学好数学而且还对他们的健康成长,形成完整的人格具有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The competition between countries is the competition of economy, science and technology, but the core is the competition of human talents. The high school mathematics education is intuitive important for every student, not only have they mastered the mathematics elementary knowledge and basic skills, but also it has played a very positive role to form their good personality quality. We are not born with some kind of personality for it has much to do with the domesticity, school education and social environment. A good personality directly affects the development of people. Hence, all of us should enhance our advantages and remedy our disadvantages in order to better our personality.It is not only the need of ensuring the significance of students in study to develop a good personality of the students but also the need to develop excellent and creative talents. It is the key of carrying out quality education to cultivate a good personality in the high school education. Meantime, it is the key to learn math well and the indicator of students’significance. The mathematics education in high school is an important part of secondary and high school education.The mathematics teaching in high school is to improve the students’ mathematics knowledge, basic skills and logical thinking ability, etc, at the same time, it can also cultivate their non-intelligence factor. But the good personality quality of high school students is helpful for mathematics teaching smoothly.The paper applies the related ideas of pedagogy, psychology, pedagogy of mathematics and pedagogic psychology of mathematics. the paper summarizes the relationship between high school mathematics teaching and personality of students. Mathematics education in the high school can promote the formation of students’ good personality, while it can also play a positive role for the good personality quality of students to mathematics learning.To sum up, the good personality of the students has positive effect not only on their better performance in mathematics but also on their healthy development and personality development.更多还原
