【摘要】 网络问政指网民利用由媒体或政府或民间搭建的问政平台,与政府直接进行政治沟通的现象。一方面网络问政发展势头良好,与网络舆论力量逐渐壮大、政府信息公开,服务型政府转变、媒体力量的推动有关,另一方面网络问政之所以发展迅猛也与政府与民众之间沟通渠道不够通畅有关,而网络问政在很大程度上改善了这种沟通不畅的局面。本文的重心将是通过对网络问政中政府、媒体、网民如何参与网络问政来勾勒网络问政这一研究对象,因为网络问政最重要的三要素便是“问”的对象——政府,平台积极构建者——媒体,以及问政的主体——网民。通过对三要素的分析分析其现实中各自所出现的问题,提出对策。最后会对网络问政现阶段所带来的现实意义做出简单归纳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Communicating with the government by a web platform built by media and government is a new phenomenon. As the public voice in wed strengthens, the government transforms to service government gradually, more information is open to public, and media is more active, and then comes the phenomenon. The other reason is the government makes the firm determination to communicate with people more and more.The topic of the article is about how the government, media, netizens participate in the new activity. Because the government, media-platform builder, netizens-the enquirer are three essentials, we can know the phenomenon’s present situation clearly by studying them, and bring forward counter measures aiming at problems in them.At last I conclude the phenomenon’s practical significance simply.更多还原
