【摘要】 中国在地理上具有海陆复合性的地形特征。在当今世界上,中国周边邻国的数量是最多的,在22000多公里的陆地边界和18000多公里海岸线上的周边国家多达20个,其中陆地直接接壤的邻国就有14个。这些国家具有不同的社会制度、不同的发展水平、不同的民族与文化。同时,中国周边地区也是世界主要大国利益交汇点,东北亚、东南亚、中亚、南亚等在冷战时期都曾形成过“热点”,有些问题至今尚未彻底解决。故此,从地缘角度看中国所面临的周边地缘形势较为复杂。中国在南亚方向上,依然存在大面积领土的争端。同时,南亚的地理位置决定了其在中国的能源安全上的有着巨大影响。另一方面,南亚长期相对动荡的内部环境,加之美国等大国因素的介入,直接影响着中国在该地区的利益。现阶段,南亚地区又出现了不断发展军备、进行竞赛的趋势。正在全力以赴发展经济的中国,如何确保在南亚的国家安全和国家利益,已经成为不容回避的重大问题。本文拟从地缘战略出发,深入分析中国在南亚地区的国家利益的具体表现。重点以印度和巴基斯坦两国为例,从地缘政治和地缘经济两个层面进行针对性的分析和探讨。透析中国在本地区的重要利益和实现途径,达到实现和维护国家利益的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has 22,000 kilometers land border and 18,000 kilometers coastline, and the geographical feature make China have more neighboring countries than any other countries in the world. All these nearly 20 countries have different social systems, development level, nationalities and culture. Meanwhile, major powers seek for their interests around China. Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, South Asia have been the "hot spots" after the Cold War and some issues have not yet been completely resolved. Therefore, China is facing a complicated geopolitical situation from a geostrategic perspective.For South Asia, on one side, there are still territorial dispute which could have huge impact on China’s energy security. On the other side, South Asia’s long-term relative instability coupled with the United States and other powers’ involving, which have direct impact on China’s interests in the region.Nowadays, South Asia has emerged the continuous development of arms, which could lead to arms race. How to ensure China’s national security and the national interest to provide a sustainable economic development inviroment, has become a major issue which can not be avoided.This paper aims to the China’s national interests in South Asia from a geostrategic perspective. And it will take India and Pakistan as examples to analyzes and discuss this issue based on geopolitics and geo-economy, so as to keep China’s vital interests and its realization.更多还原
