【摘要】 进入3G时代之后,人们对电信业务多样化、个性化的要求也越来越强烈,丰富多彩的业务成为通信行业日益重要的利润增值点；领航平台以ASP业务模式向政企客户提供基于固网/互联网/移动网/融合的信息化应用与行业解决方案的接入与管理,随着平台业务的发展,基于ASP业务模式在运营过程中遇到了种种困难,如ASP模式通常提供较大的完整的应用程序,给渠道培训和销售带来很大困难,合作伙伴软件的维护和升级进度难以保证；维护和升级的费用导致了高额的开销,降低了ASP模式的活力；按照月租方式进行付费,难以直接反应所有的开销；面对特定的市场机会,难以快速开发和部署新的应用；上述问题致使平台无法充分满足用户多样化、个性化的业务需求。为了解决ASP业务模式发展中的困难和问题,结合行业调研和本地实际情况,通过对IT、CT及融合能力的封装,为SI提供一些公共的业务能力,避免SI模块过多的重复功能,便于建立统一的客户体验,消除SI产品中存在大量重复的用户数据,方便SI深度整合。本系统基于SaaS模式,对外提供编程接口,实现对能力的接入和管理,作为使用多种业务能力的统一入口,将电信自身通讯能力,以及自身或者合作伙伴提供的信息能力进行业务层次封装和组合,并进行有效的管理,以接口、或插件或把接口调用固化在硬件盒(Box)之上的方式,供企业综合信息应用平台的业务集成商(SI)或者企业内部应用的独立软件提供商(ISV)调用。在此课题中本人主要从事业务能力开放系统分析及设计工作,经过对定位、短信、网络传真在行业中应用情况调研,同时分析了基于SaaS模式业务能力开放系统的模型特点,确定了以解决目前领航平台ASP业务模式发展中的困难和问题为目标,通过对信息能力的封装,避免SI模块过多的重复功能,便于建立统一的客户体验,方便SI深度整合。其中心思想是通过SaaS模式进行系统建设,为SI提供较小的特定的功能组件,促使软件升级容易,降低渠道培训和销售难度,用户可以更加灵活地将多个Services组合成自己的专门应用,能够按使用量进行计费,更加科学地反应所有开销或者使用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 After entering the 3G time, service diversification and personalization are getting more and more intense to telecommunication.A variety of business has become an increasingly important profit enhancement in the telecommunication industry. BNET use SAP service pattern to supply the Government and enterprise customers access and management of industry solutions which are based on a syncretic informationization application of fixed, Internet and mobile network. Along with business development, the service pattern which is based on ASP encounters many difficulties, for example ASP service pattern usually offer a big and complete application procedure, it brings big difficulty for channel training and marketing, and we have difficulty in guarantee for software maintenance and promotion progress of our partner. The maintenance and the promotion charges cause a high quota expenses which have reduced the ASP pattern vigor; Monthly rent way payment can not reflect all the expenses directly; It’s hard to develop and deploy the new application fast when there is a specific market opportunity. The above problems make our service pattern unable to meet users’ requirements of service diversification and personalization. To solve the problems of ASP service pattern, according to profession investigation and study and local actual situation, we provide some public professional ability for SI to avoids its repeat functions. It helps to remove the massive redundant user data of SI and makes us convenient to establish a unified customer experience and make a deeply integration for SI.This system is based on the SaaS pattern. It provides the programming interface,and realizes the ability turning on and the management, as the unified entrance of using various of professional ability, makes a business arrangement encapsulation and combination for telecommunication itself communication ability and telecommunication or its partners’ information ability, and carry out effective administration, supply a transfer for SI of BNET or ISV of enterprise internal application with the way of interface, the plug in connector or making the connection transfer solidify above the hardware box.On this subject, I was mainly engaged in integrated service capabilities open system analysis and design work. After researching the location、SMS and efax application in industry, analysing the characteristic of integrated service capabilities open system based on SaaS, we find out a way to to solve the problems of ASP service pattern, To avoids its repeat functions, we make an encapsulation to information ability.It helps to remove the massive redundant user data of SI and establish a unified customer experience and make a deeply integration for SI. Its central idea is that provide smaller specific function components for SI with the way of making systematic construction through SaaS pattern, to get easy software upgrades and reduce channel training and sales difficulty.
