【摘要】 古希腊经济史研究历来是古希腊史研究的重点,其中有关城邦经济属性、雅典帝国经济史的研究也是热点问题。本文试图以雅典帝国时期的财政问题为切入点,考察和分析雅典帝国时期的财政收支状况,阐述关于雅典帝国时期财政的若干重要问题,最后就雅典帝国的经济属性问题做出定性的说明。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分,绪论。主要介绍国内外关于雅典帝国财政和雅典城邦经济属性问题的研究现状。第二部分,古典前期雅典城邦财政的传统。考察了古典前期雅典城邦的财政活动惯例,认为在自给自足的自然经济状态,低水平生产力的雅典城邦保持着“低收入、低开支”的财政状态,大量公共事务依靠公有制观念残存下的“捐助制度”完成,亦存在少量向神庙贷款的现象出现。第三部分,提洛同盟的贡金制及前454年金库转移到雅典。考察提洛同盟的建立及其贡金制度,包括贡金制度来源、贡金计算标准以及公元前454年提提洛同盟金库转移到雅典卫城的原因、转移时提洛同盟的积蓄等问题。第四部分,前454-449年雅典的国内外形势和财政收支情况。考察了公元前454-449年雅典所面临的复杂政治、军事局势以及财政收支情况,从而得出雅典没有在这一段时间挪用同盟贡金的结论。第五部分,公元前449-431年雅典财政收支情况。考察了雅典由一个城邦向帝国的转变后,盟邦贡金构成了雅典帝国收入的主要来源以及雅典帝国主要开支情况。第六部分,雅典财政评述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on the ancient Greek economy is an important part of classic Greek history research,especially on the polis economical characteristic and athenian empire economical history. This paper attempts to investigate the activity of athenian finance 454-431.B.C.,and expound some important issues about the athenian empire finance and its economical characteristic.This paper includes 6 parts.The first one,The Introduction,will show researching actuality of this item involved.Following that, The Tradition of Athens polis Finance Activity in the early Classic period,will investigate athena polis’financial activty tradition,and concludes that athena polis keeps the state of low revenue and low expenditure due to its low productivity,and always make up its revenue insufficiency by contribution by the citizen usually,which is affected by the common-ownership conception,and loan from hieron treasury unusually.The third part,the Tribute of Delian League and the Transfer in 454.B.C.,will introduce the establishment of Delian League and its tribute,and research the Transfer in 454.B.C in detail.In the next part,Athens polis’political and financial condition 454-449.B.C.,will concludes that athens polis has not defalcate tribute from Delian League at that time because of the complicated condition both in domestic and overseas,but stress on dealing with that difficulty.In the fifth part, Athenian Empire Financial Activty 449-431.B.C.,will investigate its financial activty and conclude that tribute has become its dominating income,and the flourishing Athens is mostly by its exploitation.The last part,will comment on athenian empire finance and its economical characteristic.更多还原
