【摘要】 对传统文化的追求已经逐渐成为世界性的浪潮,而我国传统历史街区的保护在城镇化的快速推进下已迫在眉睫,在发展与保护、经济性与艺术性、现实利益与长远利益等等矛盾中探索历史街区保护的方法成为每一个具有历史责任感的建筑师所不容推卸的责任,研究过去这段历史,即是在找寻传统的印记,也是在总结历史发展的规律和教训,为今后的改造提供元素和方法。本文以可持续发展理念为背景,以旅顺新市区近代历史街区的更新改造为契机,通过理论推演、实地调研和模型建构等研究步骤深入剖析有机更新理论。并在大规模的城市更新中摸索其与实践结合的方法,并加以修正。在理论研究方面,本文首先对吴良镛先生所提出的有机更新理论进行解析,并以此为出发点,分别从世界建筑理论的发展思潮以及我国城市更新中存在的问题两方面论述有机更新理论产生的必然性与必要性；紧接着将包括有机更新理论在内的我国现行的四大保护模式进行横向比较,解析新旧理论之间的承继关系,同时为进一步完善有机更新理论树立参考坐标。最后从历史价值和保护现状等方面阐述选择旅顺新市区作为研究对象的原因,并制定了系统的技术路线。本文第二章紧承第一段的比较分析,针对有机更新概念的内涵,分别从有机建筑理论的产生与特点、有机更新理论构成要素以及城市形态演进的内在动力三个层面逐层剖析,探索决定城市发展与活力的真正原因,同时具有针对性地提出城市历史街区重塑的策略。在第三章对历史街区的调研中,本文从城市空间、街道、建筑三个层面展开一个从宏观到微观的全面调研,同时结合城市建设与发展的不同时代背景分析这些物质形态生成的深层机制,最后依据评价标准从艺术性和技术性两方面对现存实物进行分类,以为下一步制定具有针对性的更新策略提供参考依据。基于前一章对实物的大量分析,第四章着重从经济、文化和社会生活等精神层面对历史街区的现状进行分析,以全市以及全区的未来发展规划为背景,从经济结构的调整、社区功能的完善以及文化体系的建构等几个方面构建旅顺新市区未来发展的基本框架。作为理论在实践运用中的展现,第五章秉承前几章的研究思路与层次,在第三章的实地调研与第四章的发展规划的基础上分别从城市功能结构的调整与更新、街道空间与城市节点的重塑、历史建筑的分级保护与更新三个层面演示有机更新理论在实践中的操作方法。一方面体现有机更新理论在操作上的系统性与协同性；另一方面以试设计的成果展现有机更新在实践中的可操作性。旅顺新市区近代历史街区建成于19世纪90年代到20世纪前10年,这段时期从时间上看处于现代建筑产生的前夜,是现代建筑为突破传统建筑的束缚而酝酿的年代,此时对传统的回避是出自客观需要和经济因素的选择,与后现代处于精神需要而对传统戏谑般的把玩相比,显然更加严肃和理性。研究这段历史可以让我更深刻的理解传统的含义,而保护它们则能够为我们的城市留存一份深沉的精神诉求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pursuit of traditional culture has gradually become a worldwide wave, and the protection of our traditional historic district of the rapid progress in the next town is imminent, in the development and protection, economy and art, reality and long-term interests to explore conflicts of interest, etc. method of the Historic Districts each have a sense of historical responsibility as the architects are not responsible, of the past period of history, that is looking for a traditional mark, also in the summary of the law of historical development and lessons learned to provide elements for future reform and methods.In this paper, the concept of sustainable development as the background, to Port Arthur’s new urban neighborhood renewal and transformation in modern history as a turning point deduction by theory, field research and modeling in-depth analysis and other research steps Organic Renewal theory. And explore the massive urban renewal of its methods and practice, and to be amended.In theory, this paper first proposed by Mr. Wu Liangyong organic renewal theory analysis, and as a starting point, respectively, from the world trend of development of architectural theory and urban renewal of the problems discussed in both the organic theory of the inevitability update and necessity; followed by renewal theory to include organic, including four of the current protection mode for the horizontal comparison, on the one hand show that the inheritance relationship between the old and the new theory; at the same time to further improve the theory of organic updated set reference coordinates.
