粮食微波灭虫研究及实验装置设计

【摘要】 在粮食储藏过程中,储粮害虫不仅造成相当数额的粮食损失,而且也是直接影响粮食品质的重要因素之一。储粮害虫防治对人类的生产生活具有重大的经济意义。目前,对于储粮害虫的防治的方法主要有化学方法、生物方法和物理方法。其中化学熏蒸法是当前国内外最常用、最有效的方法,但由此产生的3R(抗性Resistance,药剂残留Residue,再增猖獗Resurgence)问题、食品安全问题以及环境污染问题等,引起了人们非常高的关注。而其他方法由于效果差、处理时间长、对产品品质不利、投资成本过高等原因而较难推广本文针对以上提出的问题及缺点,在分析微波加热原理及其特点的基础上,以麦克斯韦方程组为理论基础,推导得到矩形波导中的场解,并深入研讨矩形波导中的高次模和场结构,进一步推广到矩形谐振腔,之后应用这些理论,设计出一种用于储粮害虫的杀灭装置,设计的过程中,充分考虑了腔体尺寸、模式选择、耦合口位置的选择以及加热均匀性问题。并对设计实体进行了输出功率的测定和杀虫实验验证,实验证明,这种设计方案功耗低、投资小、杀虫效果较好,在实践中是实用可行的,并且该种方法新型、高效、环保、安全且易于推广。同时,本文还针对微波场内测温比较困难的现实,提出了一种铂热电阻传感器的改良方法,并将其应用于微波场中酸或碱性溶液的测(控)温,实验表明,这种改良是有效的。
【Abstract】 In the process of grain storage, pests not only cause the loss of substantial quantities of food, but also is an important factor to directly affect the food quality. Pest control of the stored grain on the production of human life is of great economic significance. At present, the stored grain pest control methods include chemical method, biological method and physical method. Chemical fumigation is the most effective and most commonly used method at home and abroad. However, the problem of 3R (resistant, pharmaceutical residues, rampant resurgence), food safety issues and environmental pollution will arise, which has also aroused very high concern. While other methods are difficult to promote because of their poor effects, long processing time, poor product quality, and high investment cost.Directing at the questions and weaknesses mentioned above, this paper deduces the expression in the field in the rectangular waveguide based on the theory and features of microwave heating and Maxwell equations, deduces high-order mode and the field structure in the rectangular waveguide in-depth, and further extends to the rectangular cavity, at last a device used to kill grain storage pest is designed with the application of these theories. In the process of design, the size of cavity, the choice of mode, the choice of position of coupler, and the uniformity of the heat should be taken into account. The output power of the entity is evaluated and the ability of insecticide is experimented. It turns out that this design consumes less power, requires less investment and has a better effect in insecticiding. Thus the design is practical. Since it’s a new method which is highly effective, safe and friendly to the environment, it can be promoted extensively.At the same time, this text also aims at the difficult reality of measuring temperature of infield by microwave, puts forward an improved method of platinum electric resistance sensor, and applies it to measure (control) the temperature of acid or alkaline solution of the microwave field. Experiment shows that it is effective of this improvement.
