基于电力载波的太阳能路灯控制系统的研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的不断发展,低碳环保的绿色能源被越来越多地应用到社会生活的各个方面。传统的城市路灯因其耗能高、寿命短、控制系统简单而逐渐被太阳能路灯取代。目前的太阳能路灯系统虽然解决了路灯的高能耗问题,但在系统的智能化和系统利用率方面存在缺陷。针对现状本文设计了一种基于电力载波通信的太阳能路灯控制系统,该系统结合了电力载波通信特有的优势和太阳能路灯的特点,利用电力载波通信来对整个太阳能路灯控制系统进行监控,使得控制中心能及时监测路灯的运行情况,为整个太阳能路灯的及时高效运行提供了新的解决方案。该系统能够监控路灯的工作状态,及时与控制中心保持信息联系,为工作人员提供了详细的实时的信息库。论文首先分析了太阳能路灯与电力载波技术发展的现状和优势,在此基础上完成了电力载波的太阳能路灯系统电路总体方案设计,根据太阳能路灯系统设计原则设计了整个系统结构框图,然后根据设计要求研究并详细分析了系统各个关键模块的功能和工作原理,选择以单片机AT89C2051为核心控制器,控制整个系统工作,设计了包括系统的电源电路、载波通信模块电路、蓄电池的充放电电路、路灯的驱动电路、温度采集电路等系统的硬件电路。重点介绍了蓄电池充放电电路的设计,分析蓄电池不同的充电方式,选择PWM脉冲调制充电方式,保证蓄电池的使用寿命。通过分析研究电力载波的特性,选择适合于本系统的载波芯片。在软件方面,研究分析太阳能路灯系统设计说明,根据系统的设计要求设计系统的软件部分,该软件实现对太阳能路灯的控制,在保证路灯正常工作同时充分发挥太阳能路灯的优势。同时根据系统功能设计要求,设计了白天与黑夜两种情况下路灯系统工作状态的流程图,在研究了蓄电池充电方式的基础上,设计了系统的充放电程序,延长蓄电池使用寿命。最后对论文工作进行总结,并为系统的进一步开发和优化提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of science and technology, low carbon green energy being increasingly applied to all aspects of social life. The traditional urban street lamp because its energy consumption high, short life, control system is simple and gradually replaced by solar street lamps. The current solar street lamps system although solved the problem, but rein in the street in system of intelligent and system existing defects. Utilization In view of the present situation this paper introduces a design of power carrier communication based on solar street lamps control system, this system combines power carrier communication special advantages and characteristics of solar street lamps, using the power of the carrier communication to monitor solar street lamps control system can make the control center, the operating condition of the monitoring street lamps in for the entire solar street lamps, timely and efficient operation of provides a new solution. This system can monitor street lamp working condition, timely information and control centers maintain contact for staff, provide detailed real-time information base.It firstly analyzes the solar street lamps and power carrier technology development present situation and advantages, based on this completed the solar street lamps system power carrier, according to the general scheme design of circuit design of solar street lamps system design principle block diagram of the system structure, then according to the design requirements research and detailed analysis of the system each key module of function and working principle, the choice to a single chip microcomputer AT89C2051 as the core controller, control over the system work, including the system design of power supply circuit, carrier communication module circuit, storage battery charging and discharging circuit, street lamp driver circuit, temperature acquisition circuit system hardware circuit. Mainly introduces storage battery charging and discharging circuit design, analysis the battery charge method, choose different PWM pulse modulation charging ways, ensure the battery using life. Through analyzing the characteristics of electric power carrier, research in this system to choose a suitable the carrier chip.The paper research and analysis that solar street lamps system design in software, according to the system’s design requirements and design the system of software components, this software to realize the control of solar street lamps, ensure the normal work and give full play to the advantage of solar street lamps. Simultaneously according to system function design requirements, design a day and night two cases street lamps, the status of the system flowcharts on the battery mode, design system based on the charging and discharging program, extended battery service life. Final paper work was summarized, and for the further development of the system and optimization are proposed.
