塑料模材料数据库与技术标准查询系统开发研究

【摘要】 塑料模是塑料加工工业中与塑料成型机配套,赋予塑料制品以完整构型和精确尺寸的工具,它随着塑料工业的的飞速发展而广泛应用于各种塑料制品的成型加工。随着中国经济的发展,塑料行业近几年增长速度一直保持在10%以上,从而对与塑料制品质量和生产效率密切相关的塑料模技术水平提出了更高的要求。塑料模由于结构复杂、尺寸精度高、加工难度大、价格较贵、制造加工涉及因素多,所以合理的选择塑料模材料及其技术标准有助于保证塑料模质量、提高生产效率、降低生产成本。然而,传统的依靠经验和手册为塑料模进行选材和查询技术标准不能较好的满足现代工业的生产制造,而计算机技术的飞速发展能够较好的解决该难题。本文采用数据库相关技术并以Visual FoxPro 6.0为软件平台开发了一个能够较好的存储和管理塑料模材料和技术标准的塑料模材料数据库与技术标准查询系统。该系统对操作人员专业知识要求不高,有助于塑料模企业快速正确的制定加工制造方案,提高了效率,对塑料模生产加工有着积极的指导意义。首先,本文研究了塑料模材料的分类、选材原则、选材方法和技术标准内容的构成,并探讨了数据库系统的设计要点和编程方法。其次,采用结构化系统分析与设计思想对数据库系统进行了结构设计和功能设计。该数据库系统包括材料数据库、技术标准数据库、系统维护、用户管理四大模块。材料数据库模块提供了材料查询和报表输出两大功能;技术标准数据库模块提供了技术标准查询和报表输出两大功能;系统维护模块提供了数据的维护功能,系统管理员可对数据信息进行添加、修改和删除;用户管理模块提供了修改密码和增加、修改、删除用户的功能。并在系统开发的程序设计中,开发了精确查询、模糊查询、多条件定量查询、多条件组合查询的代码,使系统材料数据库模块的材料查询方法多样化;在材料数据分析方面,利用牛顿插值数学模型,建立了材料性能数据之间的关系,使数据从“无据可查”变成“有据可查”。最后,成功开发出了塑料模材料数据库与技术标准查询系统,该系统用户界面友好,操作简便,查询快速、应用较广。通过实例的运行,验证了该数据库系统的可靠性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 The plastic mould matches with the plastic mold machine in the plastic processing industry, which gives the plastic product complete configuration and accurate size,it is widely used in various molding processing with the rapid development of plastic industry.With Chinese economic development,the plastic industry has a maintain growth with 10% in recent years,we have get a higher level technology requirements for the plastic mould which is closely related to the quality and production efficiency of the plastic products.Plastic mould has the complexity structural and accuracy size,the processing is difficult,the manufacturing process of plastic mould involves many factors,so the reasonale choice of plastic mould material and processing technonlgy standards will make sure the quality of the muld,increase the production,reduce the production costs.However,the material selection and technical standards query for the plastic mould by traditional methods can not meet modern industrial manufacturing,and the rapid development of computer technology can solve the problem.In this paper the material database and technonlogy standard query system for palsitc mould based on database technology,Visual FoxPro 6.0 was built,which can store and manage the information of plastic mould material and technology standards more better.This system is less demanding on the expert knowledge for the operator,it help the plastic mould company make correct processing program quickly,it improve the efficiency and has a positive significance for the producting and processing of plastic mould.Firstly,in this paper,it research the the select suitable material principles,the selection methods of material and the information compostion of plastic mould material and technical standards. And this paper alsodiccussed the design features of the database system and programming methods.Secondly,the structure and function of the database system were designed by the method of structured systems analysis and design.The database system includes four modules which is material database,technical standards database,system maintenance,user management.The material database module provides two functions of material query and report output;the technical standard database module also provides technical standard query and report output funchions;the system maintenance module provides the maintenance function for the base,the data information can be added,modified and deleted by the system administrator;the use management module provides four functions including modify password,modify user,add user,delete user.In addition,during the development in this system,it design the codes of precise query,fuzzy query,multiple conditions query,multi-condition quantitative query,it make the material query methods diversity for the material database module in this system;In the material data analysis,it established the relationship between the certain properties data by the Newton Interpolation model,so that it will make the data change from "no documented" into "well documented".At last, the material database and technonlogy standard query system for palsitc mould was developed completely,it has the features which user interface friendly,operation easily,query fast,application widly.The running of the example verifies the reliability and stability of the database system.
