长江中下游通航要素信息数据库的研究

【摘要】 长江是中国的第一大河流,世界第三大河流,它一直被称作黄金水道,是贯穿中国东西部的物流大通道。人们对长江的利用历史悠久,长江在中国的发展中扮演中重要的角色。在现代物流运输中,水路运输因其运量大、运输成本低而受到广泛青睐,现在长江的天然优势越来越受到重视。长江航运的船舶从最先利用风力、人力等发展到现在的机械动力,同时吨位和装卸方式等都发生了改变,在科技高速发展的今天,人们对长江黄金水道的利用也提出了更高的要求,既要发挥长江的运输效率,又要保证通航安全和水域环境。现代航运中,船舶航行时不能只凭经验,而要依靠现代化的手段获得的信息为依据。船舶在航行时获得的信息的多元性、实时性、可靠性等大大影响着船舶的航行效率和通航安全,因此建立一个包含船舶航行时所需要的信息数据库,并能够方便的查询所需要的信息,对发展现代化航运具有重要意义。通过分析用户的需求及船舶航运需要的主要信息,确定数据库中的信息种类,再对数据库进行概念模型分析和逻辑分析构建起数据库的基本框架,最后对现有的数据进行分析和处理,并输入到数据库中建立起通航要素信息数据库的原型。通过采用数据仓库的思想,将数据库中的表进行关联形成一个三维的数据库。利用VC构建起管理平台,通过编程用软件实现数据库与管理平台的链接,从而可以方便的通过管理平台对数据库中的数据进行操作。在管理平台中通过编程实现功能分析阶段得到的管理平台要达到的功能,使平台具有输入、删除、修改数据等基本功能,同时还可以根据不同的要求查询数据库中的数据,为用户方便的提供所需要的信息。通过构建通航要素信息数据库,可以提高对目前已有信息的利用率,在数据库功能的完善中可以促进对目前尚未重视的信息的重视程度,最终形成信息完善、功能强大的数据库管理系统。同时,数据库中保存的数据也是理论分析和研究的重要资源。
【Abstract】 Yangzi river is the first largest river in China and third in the world, it is a grand logistical channel, crossing the country from west to east and has been called the golden waterway.Long time ago people began to use yangzi river as a waterway, and it played an important role. Because of its large volume and low price, the water transport was widely favored by people in the modern logistics and transport, now people pay more and more attention on the natural advantages of the Yangtze River.The ship used in the Yangtze Rive from the first use of wind and manpower developed to the present mechanical power, while the tonnage and handling methods have aslo undergone changed.Today, technology develops rapidly, people have more demands of the golden waterway, notonly play the Yangtze River transport efficiency, but also to ensure navigation safety and water environment.Now shipping is not just by experience, but the informations obtained by means of modernization.The diversity、real time and reliability of the information which can be used greatly affect the navigation efficiency and safety,so building a information database contain the information shipping required and can easily queried has an important significance for the development of modern shipping.By analyzing the needs of sailor and the main information of shipping vessels, determine the kind of information database, then analysis the logic model and conceptual model of the database and build up framework of the database, at last analysis and processing the existing data, enter to the database to build a prototype database of information. According to the data warehouse idea, associated the tables of database and form a three-dimensional database.Using vc to built up the management platform, and link the the management platform with database by programming, so can manipulate the data of database through the management platform easily.To achieve the function which we got in the functional analysis stages by programming,make sure the platform have the input,delete, modify data and other basic functions,but aslo can query the data according to different requirements from database,prvide the information user required convenient.Constructing a database of Navigation elements information can improve the utilization of existing information, and can promote the attention of information is not yet in the process when we improve the function of database, and ultimately form a perfect and powerful database management system. Meanwhile, the data stored in the database is also an important resource for theory and research.
