在校护理本科生科研素质现状及影响因素的调查分析
The Investigation and Analysis on the Present Situation of Scientific Research Quality and Affecting Factors of Undergraduate Nursing Students

【摘要】 目的:通过调查吉林省在校护理本科生科研素质现状及影响因素,分析在校护理本科生科研素质现状的形成原因,探讨科研素质的影响因素并提出相应建议,为提高在校护理本科生的科研素质提供参考。方法:以吉林省为例,选取四所院校刚入学,即将实习和实习完毕三个年级1050名在校护理本科生,于2010年4月-7月采用问卷进行调查。调查问卷包括调查对象的一般资料、科研素质问卷、影响因素问卷。将收集到的数据输入EPIDATA数据库,使用医学统计软件SPSS13.0进行统计分析。一般资料,科研素质及各维度得分,科研素质的影响因素采用一般描述性分析;性别、实习经历及家庭居住地对科研素质的影响采用t检验统计分析;年级、外语水平、计算机水平对科研素质的影响采用单因素方差统计分析,若差异显著再作LSD两两对比;一般资料对科研素质各维度的影响使用多元线性逐步回归分析。结果:1.共发放问卷1050份,回收1040份,剔除无效问卷18份,最终获得有效问卷1022份,有效回收率为98.2%。2.在校护理本科生科研素质得分仅为2.04±0.256,科研素质各维度得分由低到高依次是科研知识1.78±0.425,科研能力1.92±0.386,科研意识2.29±0.355,科研态度2.23±0.325。3.不同年级、实习经历、家庭居住地、外语水平、计算机水平的在校护理本科生科研素质得分有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4.在校护理本科生科研素质的影响因素排在前三位的是科研实践经验缺乏,缺乏科研灵感;前沿信息不足,选题觉得困难和缺乏充足科研时间。5.逐步回归分析显示,进入科研意识回归方程的因素只有计算机水平;进入科研知识回归方程的因素有:年级,家庭居住地,外语水平;进入科研能力回归方程的因素有:外语水平,家庭居住地,年级;进入科研态度回归方程的因素只有年级。结论:1.在校护理本科生科研素质整体水平中等,需要进一步加以提升。科研素质四个维度中科研意识和科研态度中等偏上水平;科研知识和科研能力中等偏下水平。2.随着年级增高,在校护理本科生的科研素质水平呈递增趋势;性别对在校护理本科生的科研素质没有影响;有实习经历,居住地在城市的在校护理本科生科研素质较高;计算机、英语初级水平的在校护理本科生科研素质较低,计算机二级和三级、英语四级和六级之间的在校护理本科生科研素质无显著性差异。3.影响在校护理本科生科研素质的因素包括:科研实践经验缺乏,缺乏科研灵感;前沿信息不足,选题觉得困难;缺乏充足科研时间;年级,实习经历,外语水平,计算机水平和家庭居住地。4.针对在校护理本科生科研素质的影响因素,从学校科研教育环境、自身辅助条件及科研实践三方面提出相应建议。
【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the present situation of quality scientific research and affecting factors of undergraduate nursing students in Jilin Province, to analyze the causes of formations for the present situation of quality scientific research of undergraduate nursing students, and probe into the affecting factors for the quality of this research. To further give some recommendations that could serve as references in improving the quality of scientific research for undergraduate nursing students in the schools.Method:Jilin Province was used as a case study and 1050 students were selected as a sample of which grade one included graduates nursing students who have completed internships at the four undergraduate medical schools in the province. These students practically participated in conducting this survey from April to July,2010.Survey questionnaires which included general information, scientific research and the quality of the questionnaire, factors questionnaire were distributed amount the participants. The collected data input EPIDATA database, with SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis. General information, scientific research and the quality scores, the quality of scientific research using the general descriptive analysis; Gender, internship experience and the quality of family residence on the impact of scientific research and statistical analysis by T test; grade, foreign language, computer skills for scientific research Quality of the statistical analysis using ANOVA, if significant difference LSD pair wise comparison further; general information on the various dimensions of quality of scientific research using multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1. A total of 1,050 questionnaires were distributed and 1040 were returned, excluding 18 invalid questionnaires,1022 questionnaires were eventually received; the effective rate was 98.2%;2.The quality of scientific research in nursing students were divided into 2.04±0.256, sharing research and the quality of each dimension was from low to high scientific knowledge as 1.78±0.425, scientific research capacity of 1.92±0.386, scientific consciousness,2.29±0.355, scientific research attitude 2.23±0.325;3. Different grades, internship experiences, the family residences, foreign languages, computer skills of nursing students in the school scoring the quality of scientific research were different, with statistical significance (P<0.05)4. The top three factors for the Quality of-Undergraduate Research at the school of nursing included:a. The lack of scientific research and practical experience, b. The lack of scientific inspiration; forefront of inadequate information. C. The topics, difficulties and lack of adequate research time.5. Stepwise regression analysis showed that research and awareness into the regression equation were:schools, computer skills, internship experience; scientific knowledge into the regression equation were:schools, weather through internships, foreign language proficiency, family residences, grades; into the ability to return to research equation factors:school, foreign language, practice experience; into the scientific attitude of regression equation only at the computer level.Conclusion:1. The level of quality scientific research for undergraduate nursing students in the schools needs to be further improved at medium level. Four dimensions of quality of scientific research and awareness and attitude towards the medium level of scientific research; scientific knowledge and research capability on or below the medium level.2. With grades increasing, the level of quality scientific research for undergraduate nursing students in the schools showed an increasing trend; gender of undergraduate nursing students at the schools did not affect the quality of scientific research as compare to the practical experience, the inhabited areas in the city undergraduate nursing students; scientific research quality in the cities and schools were high; the computer, the primary English levels of undergraduate nursing students in the schools at the time of the scientific research was considered to be low, the second and third computer levels couple with the fourth and sixth English levels of nurses, the undergraduate students in the schools and scientific research quality showed no significance differences.3. There were factors affecting scientific research for undergraduates nursing and these include:schools, computer skills and practical experiences. The factors that affect nursing students were:schools, weather through internships, foreign language proficiency, family residence, grades; the impact of nursing research capability of factors also included:school, foreign language, intern experiences, Attitude of care and the factors that undergraduate research is the computer level.4. For the current research and the quality of undergraduates nursing, all the factors, the study research and education from the schools environments, self-supporting conditions and practical experiences of schools, hospitals, raised three nursing students in the school of scientific research to improve the quality of proposals.
