军队医院数字图书馆系统的设计和实现

【摘要】 随着世界经济的高速发展,人们工作节奏不断加快,整个社会对知识需求量以及更新速度要求越来越高。传统的纸质图书以及图书馆已经不能满足人们快速汲取知识的需要。随着科学技术的发展,新的知识承载平台不断涌现,特别是电子图书和数字图书馆的出现给人们工作学习带来极大的方便。与传统图书相比,电子图书具有持久保存、易于修改、节省空间、价格低廉、方便阅读、节省资源、便于携带、信息量大、便于个性管理等优点,数字图书馆相比传统图书馆更是具有信息储存空间小不易损坏,信息查阅检索方便,远程迅速传递信息,同一信息可多人同时使用,建设投资少,维护费用低等无可比拟的优势。本系统将数字图书馆概念融入到医疗领域中,以Visual Studio 2008为开发工具,基于B/S模式开发出军队医院数字图书馆系统的用户使用平台,解决了医务人员时间紧与对前沿知识渴求多的矛盾、解决了由于传统的纸质期刊、图书订阅量小而引发的“排队”等书的问题;基于C/S模式开发出了管理员录入平台和网络服务器(系统发布平台),使管理员能够批量化录入图书,能够快速发布和管理本系统。本系统的运行能够节约军队医院医护人员大量的时间,并能为医护人员提供高效、快捷的图书阅览方式;将图书管理员从传统的图书借阅方式中解放出来,传统手工的检索、图书上架等工作明显较少。在用户使用模块,用户登录Web浏览器即可浏览本系统。用户使用模块主要包括五个功能区:图书学科导航区,图书显示区,软件下载链接区,图书查询区,滚动屏幕区。其中,软件下载链接区提供使用本系统的相关软件的下载;滚动屏幕区以滚动屏的形式发布本系统的简介及相关图书说明;图书学科导航区模拟现实环境中的电子屏幕,将图书学科以导航树的方式级联显示。该导航树共分为三层:第一层为学科类别,共包括军事、政工、科技装备、后勤、军兵种、文化教育六大类。第二层为一级学科,第三层为二级学科。在学科类别和一级学科名称前有一个形状为红色图书的图标,单击该图标,可以展开所包含的内容。导航屏的右侧有一个小五角星,拖曳该五角星,可以向下拖曳,实现屏幕滚动;图书查询区能完成通过学科、关键词、作者、类别、出版社等信息进行的简单查询,也能完成这些信息的组合检索,其中,类别信息可以选择下拉框,其它信息项支持模糊检索;图书显示区以书架的形式摆放图书,每页放置10本图书,并显示图书的基本信息,便于读者检索使用。管理录入模块采用C/S模式进行开发,用户需要登录客户端程序,实现管理员的批量录入、单本编辑、检查统计等功能。批量录入图书功能首先要将图书按照[类别-一级学科类别-二级学科类别]进行分类整理,然后将图书的pdf文件及图书封面的jpg文件,批量、有序的录入系统;检查统计功能能够确定已经录入的图书及封面文件是否正确,是否存在文件缺失错误;单本编辑功能是,在录入及使用过程中发现的关于图书的学科、书名、简介作者、类别、出版社等信息的错误时,进行信息修改。网络服务器模块实现了HTTP的基本协议,支持HTML/CSS/JS/Image/Flash等静态数据访问,响应速度快。动态数据的展现,通过JavaScript及XML(Ajax)来实现,网络服务根据Ajax的请求内容查询数据库,并返回结果,由JavaScript和HTML展现查询结果。本论文首先介绍了开发军队医院数字图书馆系统的相关背景知识及计算机知识;然后阐述了组织人员对系统进行了详细的需求分析,同时组织图书管理员对试点医院的1.5万余册藏书进行了数字化转化和整理;在介绍系统全面的设计和实现后,描述了组织人员对图书进行录入、并在该医院实际环境中测试使用等情况;最后,总结了本系统的成果和不足。本系统运用数字化图书馆建设的先进理念,利用军队医院现有的网络环境基础,利用军队医院的现有馆藏资源,利用军队医院图书馆及信息科的人力资源,在投入少量经费的基础上,创造军队医院医务人员机器学习、网络学习的新局面,有利于军队医院的长期建设和发展。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of world economy, the accelerating rhythm of work people, the whole community demand for knowledge and update speed is increasing. Traditional paper books and libraries have been unable to meet the needs of people to gain knowledge quickly. With the development of science and technology, the new knowledge bearing platform constantly emerging, especially the e-books and the digital library has give people work and study great convenience. Compared with traditional books, e-books have Permanent preservation, easy to modify, save space, low cost, easy to read, save resources, portable, informative, easy management, personalized and other advantages. And compared with the traditional library, digital library have more advantages, such as small information storage space, non-fragile, easy retrieval of information access, The rapid transmission of information remotely, Information Sharing, Less capital investment, Low maintenance costs.With the digital library concepts into the medical field, with Visual Studio 2008 as a development tool, based on B/S model, we developed military hospital digital library system users platform which solved conflict on a tight schedule and advanced knowledge thirst for more of the medical staff, solved "queuing" problems caused by the small amount traditional paper books. based on C/S model, we has developed a administrator entry platform and network server(system release platform). With this, the administrator can entry batch of the books, quickly publish and manage the system. With the operation of the system, the military hospital medical staff can save a lot of time, and get efficient and fast way of reading the books. Also, the system liberates librarians from the traditional way to borrow books. The work such as traditional manual search and book shelves, is significantly less In the user module of the system, user login Web browser can browse this system. User module includes five functional areas, book subject navigation area, book display area, the software download link area, book query area, scroll the screen area. Among them, the software download area provides links to download the relevant software to use the system. Scroll the screen area in the form of a rolling screen release of the system profile and description of related books. Book subject navigation area simulate the real environment of the navigation area of electronic screen, make book subject cascading display in the way of the navigation tree. The navigation tree is divided into three layers, the first layer is the category, including military, political work, technology and equipment, logistics, services and arms, cultural and educational six categories. The second layer is one degree course, and the third layer for the Secondary discipline. There is red book icon in front of the subject category and one degree course, click the icon, you can expand the content contained. There is a small five-pointed star on the right of navigation screen, you can drag down it and realize the screen scrolling. Book query area can complete the combination of a simple query and retrieval, using the information of keyword, author, category, publishers etc. Category information can select the drop-down box, and other items support fuzzy information retrieval. Book shelves in the form of display area to display books, each page for 10 books, and displays basic information about the book for reader retrieval using.The system of managing input module using C/S mode to development, administrator need to log in the client program to realize the batch entry, single of the editor, check the statistics, and other functions. When the administrator want to realize the batch entry, they must sort out the books by[Category-one degree course-Secondary discipline] first, and then, input the pdf file and jpg files batch and orderly into the system. The check the statistics function can confirm whether the books and documents in the system are correctly, and there are file missing errors. Single of the editor can correct the mistakes, such as discipline, title, author, class, introduction of books, founded in entry and use process.The web server module implements basic HTTP protocol, support the HTML/CSS/JS/Image/Flash and other static data access, response fast Display of dynamic data, through the JavaScript and XML (Ajax) to realize. the web service request based on the content of Ajax to query the database, and return results,. The JavaScript and HTML can show results.This paper introduces the background knowledge and computer knowledge of the development of digital library system in military hospitals at first. And then describes that we organize people carried out a detailed needs analysis, while organizing the pilot hospital librarians to digitize and finish the 1.5 million volumes books. After comprehensive introducing the system design and implementation, it describes situation that the administrator entry the books and hospital staff test the system in the actual hospital environment. Finally, it summarizes the results and shortcomings of the system.The system using advanced digital library construction concept, based on the existing network environment, the library resources and library and information human resources in military hospitals, based on a small amount of funds invested, create a new situation that medical staff learn by computer and network in military hospital. This is conducive to the long-term construction and development of military hospital.
