济青高速公路沥青路面病害类型及处理技术研究
Research on Disease Types and Treatment Technology for Asophalt Pavement of Ji-Qing Highway

【摘要】 病害处治是一项长期的日常性工作,做好日常的小修和保养能够起到事半功倍的效果。加强对路面的日常巡视工作,对新发现的各种轻微的病害包括细微裂缝、轻度的沉陷和网裂、局部的小型坑洞等采取及时的处理措施。同时根据道路的运行条件、交通量状况和路况条件,按计划对路面开展全面的病害和路况调查,根据路面的损坏状况和路面的行驶质量,有针对性的开展小修、中修、大修等养护工程。本文对济青高速路面典型病害的种类和成因进行调查研究和理论分析,提出了相应的养护对策和病害处理方式,同时结合工程实例,对高速公路沥青路面养护的部分前沿技术进行了相关的探讨和分析,对其在今后工程中应用进行了论证。本文主要研究内容及结果如下:1.根据实地调查分析,济青高速公路青岛段的路面表层已经发生比较严重的老化和退化,特别是路面纵、横向裂缝比较多,所占比例约达78%,局部路段还有沉陷、龟裂、车辙、坑槽,对高速行车安全带来严重影响,需要有针对性地进行科学养护,进行分段、分类的处理。2.针对济青高速公路调查路段的病害情况,对于路面出现局部坑槽、车辙比较严重的病害主要以小面积挖补为主,对于局部无支缝的轻度顺直裂缝采用铣刨微表处后处理,而对于网裂、纵向裂缝十分严重的路段,则要用大面积铣刨。大修路段中的半刚性基层采用骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石基层,集料配合比为:1-2cm碎石:0.5-1cm碎石:石屑=38:27:35;水泥剂量:5%;最佳含水率:5.2%;最大干密度:2.357g/cm3。现场施工时延迟时间控制在3h以内,另外对半刚性基层的施工过程控制做了详细说明。3.阐述了几种沥青路面病害处理的前沿技术,包括橡胶沥青砼技术、岩沥青砼技术、柔性基层LSM-30技术、封水与排水技术以及桥头顺坡技术。具体论述了橡胶沥青砼在路面养护时的生产设计和施工工艺,岩沥青砼的应用条件及技术措施,对于非常容易引起反射裂缝的半刚性基层,采用柔性基层LSM-30,并分别详细介绍了几种养护对策的技术指标、拌合、运输、摊铺和压实的方法。另外,对于有严重的唧浆等水损坏病害的路面,引入了在路肩横向顶PVC管进行排水的施工工艺,有效的排出了路面结构层内积水,取得了较好的效果。
【Abstract】 Disease treatment is a long-term daily work, it can get the twice result with half effort that completes the daily small repairs and maintenance. Strengthen the daily patrol work on pavement and take timely measures of the newly discovered various slight diseases including slight crack, mild subsidence and nets crack, local small hole etc. At the same time, according to the operation condition, road traffic flow situation and traffic conditions, to carry out comprehensive investigation of diseases and road conditions, and according to damaged condition and pavement road driving quality, targeted launch maintenance projects, such as small-scale, medium-scale and large-scale repairs.Therefore in this paper we carry out investigation study and theoretical analysis on the typical disease types and causes of Ji-Qing highway, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and diseases maintenance. Meanwhile combining with engineering example, discuss and analyze the frontier technologies of asphalt pavement maintenance and argument its application in the next project.The mainly contents and conclusions in this paper are:1. According to the field investigation and analysis, road surface in Qingdao section of Ji-Qing expressway has happened serious aging and degradation, brings the serious influence on highway safety and need pertinently scientific maintenance and undertake segmented, classification treatment. Especially the proportion of pavement transverse and longitudinal cracks is more about 78%, and pavement emerges subsidence, cracks, rutting and pit slot in local sections.2. Mainly aimed at disease situation of Ji-Qing expressway survey section, for different diseases adopted different processing measures respectively. Firstly, to primarily conduct small area for dig local pit slot and rutting serious disease mainly. Secondly, to conduct milling planer micro-surfacing post-processing for local mildly cracks without seam warts. Finally, to conduct large milling planer for very serious net cracks and longitudinal cracks. For semi-rigid base of Overhaul sections, to adopt the cement stable macadam base of skeleton close-grained type. The aggregate mixture is:1-2cm gravel:0.5-1cm gravel:stone crumbs=38:27:35; Best moisture content:5.2%; Maximum dry density:2.357 g/cm3. The delay time in construction should be controlled within 3 hours. Moreover construction process control of semi-rigid base has done a detailed explanation.3. This paper mainly expounds frontier technology of several diseases treatment for the asphalt pavement, including the production design and construction process during asphalt concrete pavement maintenance, and the application and technical measures of asphalt concrete. Using the flexible grassroots LSM-30, for semi-rigid base which is very easy to cause crack reflection. Separately detailed introduces mix-proportion technique index, transportation, paving and compaction method of several maintenance measurements. In addition, the construction technology of transverse toping PVC pipes was introduced in road shoulder to drain; it drained effectively the accumulation water in pavement structure layer and achieved good effect.
