聚醚砜-聚硅氧烷接枝聚合物的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 聚醚砜(PES)是一种具有一系列优异性能的热塑性高分子材料,其突出的耐热性能,机械性能,抗水性能,绝缘性能等使得其在交通运输,电子电器,医疗器械等领域得到广泛的应用。聚硅氧烷(PDMS)的表面张力和表面能很小,具有特殊的表面性能。本文的工作目的就是利用聚硅氧烷来改善聚醚砜的表面性能,使其由亲水性变为疏水性,易于加工时脱模。利用聚硅氧烷改性聚醚砜有多种方式,本文选择在聚醚砜侧链接枝上聚硅氧烷的方法。首先成功的合成了侧链含有碳碳双键的聚醚砜树脂。利用碳碳双键和硅油中的硅氢键发生硅氢加成反应,得到聚醚砜-聚硅氧烷接枝聚合物(PES-PDMS)。对合成的聚醚砜-聚硅氧烷接枝聚合物的结构进行了表征。并对接枝聚合物的表面性能,热性能,力学性能,溶解性等性质进行了测试。PDMS具有较低的表面能,PES侧链接上PDMS以后其表面性能得到改善,疏水性能得到提高,与超纯水的接触角接近聚硅氧烷涂料。同时,也对硅氢加成反应进行了研究。在硅氢加成催化剂的选择,实验条件等方面都取得了较好的实验结果。
【Abstract】 Polyethersulfone(PES) has an advantage of good adhesion to metal materials as one kind of coating materials. After inducing the polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS), the surface characteristics of PES has been improved. The lower surface energy has changed the surface characteristic from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity. The aim of this paper is to improving surface property of PES.Hydrosilylation is a very convenient and efficient method for the syntheses of a variety of organosilicon compounds for the study of organosilicon chemistry. In this experiment we synthesize the PES-PDMS graft copolymer by using the hydrosilylation reaction. Firstly, the PES that including C=C in its side chains was obtained. We characterized and analyzed the polymer through ^-NMR, DSC, dissolubility, etc. Then, We characterized and analyzed the PES-PDMS copolymer. Moreover, tracing the hydrosilylation reaction by the FTIR. We got the reaction direction and condition preliminarily. We got the result that surface energy has been lower by the study of surface characteristic.Si29-NMR prove the synthesis result of grafting copolymer. FTIR keep the trace to the hydrosilylation reaction and got the reaction converting rate is 24%. DSC show the Tg had decreased by nearly 40℃contact angle test show that the contact angle had been increased by 30°, the surface energy has been reduced already. The proportion of Si is 8% in the XPS test. These all prove the hydrosilylation reaction has occurred. SEM show the disperse of the grafting copolymer is good. Solubility had been improved after hydrosilylation reaction.We study the hydrosilylation reaction condition at the same time. We also study the reaction temperature,time, the amount of catalyst and the time to put in the catalyst. Then, we got a good experiment result. Finally, we learn that method and product condition to get more product in a time.
