汽车发动机用高性能复合密封垫片研制开发

【摘要】 汽车密封材料的使用部位主要在发动机、变速箱和桥三大总成上,而发动机上的密封垫片使用条件最为苛刻,所以评估一个发动机的整体性能指标,就能了解到密封技术在汽车上使用的性能指标。发动机的密封技术影响到发动机的可靠性、安全性和环保性。发动机是汽车的心脏,发动机性能是汽车性能优劣的关键总成之一。而发动机的整体性能水平是由各个循环体系的高效运行组成的,其中密封技术是各个循环体系的最基本考核指标。密封技术涉及材料组成、结构设计和生产工艺等方面,不仅要处理好单一方面,还要关注密封面状况和发动机的工况的要求来设计。要对整个发动机的密封技术解决好,就要了解发动机的密封部件运行的基本工况,包括螺栓扭矩、螺栓孔距分布、使用温度、密封介质和密封面压分布等。本论文利用对现在一汽集团开发的6DL发动机的结构特点和环境要求,开发出了适合现代汽车发动机使用的高性能密封垫片,包括金属骨架和尼龙网复合密封垫片的研制开发。本文系统的从密封状况、密封材料、密封结构、配方研究、材料试验、产品试验、技术条件确定、台架试验、道路试验以及应用申报专利方面全面的进行了阐述。

【Abstract】 The automobile sealing material is mostly applied to three assembly units for engine, gear-box and axle. In addition, the engine sealing gasket has the strictest operating condition. The performance specification applied for automobile sealing technology is treated as the gross engine performance specification. The engine sealing technology will affect the reliability, security and environmental ability for engine.The engine is the heart of automobile. The engine property is the critical specification of automobile. The performance level of engine depends on the high efficiency operation with several cycle systems. And the sealing technology property is the most basic testing specification. Sealing technology involves many aspects including material component, construction design and manufacturing technology, etc. It will not only deal with single aspect, but also consider the design according to the requirement of sealing surface status and engine situation.To handle the whole engine sealing technology well, the primary situation of engine sealing parts has to be learned. It includes bolt torque, distribution of bolt holes, application temperature, sealing media and the distribution of sealing surface pressure, etc. After all aspects to be understood, the sealing material and process technology can be confirmed.This thesis researches and develops the sealing gasket with high performance for modern automobile engine by using the construction characteristic and environment requirement of 6DL engine developed by FAW group at present. The research involves metal frame and nylon net composite sealing gasket. This thesis systematically describes about sealing condition, sealing material, sealing construction, formula research, material test, product inspection, technical condition confirmation, bench run testing, road test and patent application declaration in details.
