基于VRML的虚拟校园交互式漫游系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着虚拟现实技术和计算机网络技术的快速发展,各种景观的虚拟化建模成为可能,在景观模型的浏览、查询等扩展应用功能方面较传统实物模型有着无法比拟的优势。虚拟校园能够全方位地、直观地给人们提供有关校园的各种具有真实感的场景信息。漫游于虚拟校园环境之中,能感受到与实地观察相似的真实感。本文主要研究桌面虚拟系统的场景建模、交互、漫游及信息查询技术。采用IMAGIS V2.3三维可视地理信息系统作为三维场景建模工具,以VRML虚拟现实建模语言结合JAVA语言的方法,实现了一个具备基本人机交互功能的虚拟新疆师范大学校园漫游系统。主要研究和探讨以下几个方面的问题:1.构建虚拟三维单体模型及场景的集成是设计实现校园漫游系统的基础工作。本文利用IMAGIS V2.3三维可视地理信息系统进行三维虚拟校园的构建,探讨场景模型的数据库组织、数字地面模型DEM建立、借助二维图形进行三维实体的重建和管理。2.探讨编程交互及非编程交互技术,实现基于VRML感知器和锚点的交互,使用Java脚本语言Script类修改VRML节点、Script节点和Node类控制VRML节点,在此基础上提出针对场景对象的多种交互方法。3.利用VRML人机交互机制,研究在漫游过程中对虚拟实体的操纵。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of virtual realitive technology and computer network technology,various virtualization of modeling in landscape becomes possible. It has incomparable advantage compared traditional physical model in aspect of extended applicational function such as browsing,query etc. Virtual campus can provide various campus realistic scene information to people comprehensively and intuitively. Roaming in the virtual campus environment,you can feel similar sense of reality on-the-spot observation.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the scene modeling,interaction , roaming and imformation search technology in virtual desktop system.IMAGIS V2.3 3D visualization geographic information system used as a 3D scene modeling tools,Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML) with JAVA language, which realized a virtual XinJiang Normal university campus roaming system with basic function of human-computer interaction. This paper mainly studies in the following three aspects of the exploration:1. Constructing virtual 3D monomer model and scene integration is the basic work of campus roaming system in the design.This paper using IMAGIS V2.3 3D visualization geographic information system construct s 3D virtual campus, discusses scene model of database organization, digital terrain model DEM established, uses 2D graphics on three-dimensional entity rebuilding and management.2.Discussing interactive programming and the programming interactive technology , realizing the interaction of the VRML perception and anchor point , and using Java Script language Script class modify VRML nodes, Script nodes and Node class controls VRML Node .On this basis, put forward that a variety of interactive methods for scene objects.3.Using VRML human-computer interaction mechanism, research manipulating virtual entity in roaming process.
