基于ARM的地铁牵引变断路器在线监测系统的设计

【摘要】 近些年,嵌入式技术的发展迅速,嵌入式系统的应用也更加广泛。嵌入式系统正逐渐走进工业生产的方方面面。在工业控制方面,传统的监测装置功能单一,可视化及可扩展性有限。随着Linux系统的不断发展,以ARM芯片为载体,以Linux系统为软件平台的新一代监控系统逐渐替代了传统的监测装置。针对地铁牵引变断路器的电气动作频繁,易于发生故障与检修复杂等特点,本文设计了基于ARM的地铁牵引变断路器在线监测系统,实时快速地反映断路器运行状况,提高地铁供电系统的安全可靠性。本文采用三星公司提供的ARM内核的S3C2440A作为主控制器进行研究设计监测系统。系统平台使用的是Linux操作系统,利用嵌入式图形用户界面GUI的编程工具QtE(Qt/Embedded)设计用户界面,实现对断路器各项特征参数的采集和初步处理。本监测系统具有功能强大,可扩展性能强,易于管理,实时性好等特点。本文完成了监测系统的硬件设计、Linux操作系统平台软件设计以及相应的QtE应用程序的实现。硬件设计主要包括:数据采集电路的设计、RS-485和以太网接口设计、LCD液晶显示器设计;Linux操作系统平台设计包括:Linux系统的移植,驱动程序的设计以及QtE应用程序的设计。本论文设计的嵌入式图形用户界面在LCD液晶显示器上运行使得监测更加方便、直观。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the embedded technology develops fast,embedded system applications increasingly broad. Embedded systems are gradually moved into all aspects of the industry production.In the industrial controlling,the function of the traditional detection device relatively single,visualization,and limited scalability. With the constantly development of Linux system,a new generation of monitoring ststem using ARM chip carrier and Linux systems software platform replaces the traditional detection device systems gradually.Breakers of the metro traction substation have frequent mechanical and electrical actions,easying to failure and maintenance complicated,to solve these problems,this paper designed on-line monitoring system of circuit breaker based ARM,it can reflect the operating conditions of breakers real-time and fast,enhance the power supply system in the subway safety and reliability.This paper,based on S3C2440A master contrller with ARM kernel which is provided by Samsung,designs and researches a monitoring system.The system using Linux operating system, designes user interface by the embedded graphical user interface GUI programming tools QtE,to collect and initial process the parameters of breaker.The monitoring system is powerful,extensions stongly,manageable,real-time.This study complete the design of the hardware and the Linux operating system platform of the monitoring system,as well as the QtE application.The hardware design includes:data acquisition circuit,RS-485 and Ethernet communication interface,LCD liquid crystal display design.The Linux operating system platform includes: transplantation of Linux,design of driver,design of QtE application.The using of the embedded graphical user interface on the LCD makes the monitoring easy and intuitive.
