陕西高等教育竞争力研究

【摘要】 在世界高等教育快速发展的今天,我国高等教育面对新的变化与挑战。陕西作为高等教育大省,其高等教育实现了历史性的转变。然而,与东部发达地区高等教育相比,陕西高等教育存在较大的差距。在新形势下,如何提升陕西高等教育竞争力应当成为我们研究的重要问题。本研究立足于国内外高等教育形势,运用比较研究方法与SWOT分析方法,从宏观上研究了陕西高等教育竞争力问题,共分为四部分：第一部分是绪论,介绍了研究背景、研究意义、国内外的研究现状、研究思路、所运用的基本理论和研究方法。第二部分以竞争力、教育竞争力、区域教育竞争力、高等教育竞争力、区域高等教育竞争力等概念的界定为起点,将区域高等教育竞争力分为基础竞争力和核心竞争力,分析了构成要素,具体包括：教育规模、基础设施、经费投入、师资力量、科研力量、学科建设等。在此基础之上,构建了评价区域高等教育竞争力的指标体系。第三部分是陕西高等教育竞争力现状及问题分析。根据陕西高等教育竞争力的分类评价,运用SWOT分析方法分析了陕西高等教育的优势、劣势,面临的机遇以及挑战。第四部分则是根据前一部分的分析,进一步提出构建陕西高等教育强省的具体途径。最后,得出本研究的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of higher education in the world today, China’s higher education faces new changes and challenges. Higher education in Shaanxi province has achieved historic change. However, compared with the eastern developed areas, there is a big gap on the higher education. In the new situation, how to improve the competitiveness of higher education should become an important research issue. Based on the situation of higher education at home and abroad, the study uses comparative research methods and the SWOT analysis methods. This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. It describes the background, significance. research situation at home and abroad, research ideas, the use of the basic theory and research methods. The second part defines competitiveness, education competitiveness, the competitiveness of regional education, competitiveness of regional higher education, analyzes the constituent elements, and constructs the evaluation indicators system of the competitiveness of the regional higher education. The third part analyzes the current situation on competitiveness of Shaanxi higher education and existing problems. Pan IV points out several ways to build powerful competitiveness.
