C集团e-人才招聘管理体系改进研究

【摘要】 C集团以核电为主业,正面临巨大的发展空间,未来十年内集团对各类人才的需求将存在非常大的缺口。而C集团目前的招聘体系已经完全不能适应集团的发展需要。本文正是在此背景下,运用人力资源管理的基本理论,采用问卷调查法、统计分析法、案例分析等方法,研究C集团在招聘计划、社会招聘、校园招聘、内部招聘等各个方面存在的问题,如没有统一的招聘管理平台、没有人才库等问题导致集团招聘工作效率低下,集团间缺乏招聘协作等。在此基础上,结合e-人才招聘管理体系(e-Recruitment),根据集团的实际情况,确立合理的改进目标和原则,提出改进集团现有招聘管理体系的方案:建立集团统一的人才库;为招聘管理人员建立后台以完成招聘管理中的各项工作;建立前台以发布职位、宣传企业品牌和文化。最后,还提出了具体实施措施。改进后的方案,从宣传企业品牌和文化、制定招聘计划,到社会招聘、校园招聘、内部招聘等招聘管理流程等方面,都极大改善C集团招聘管理体系现状,为C集团建立更加系统化、全面化、信息化的e-人才招聘管理体系(e-Recruitment)并应用于实际。

【Abstract】 C Group, the main nuclear power industry, is facing a huge space for development. For C Group, in the next decade, there is a large gap in demanding for all kinds of talents. But the current recruitment system has been completely unable to meet the development needs of the Group.In this context, this article using the basic theory of human resource management, adopting methods of questionnaires, statistical analysis, case analysis and so on, researches C group in the recruitment plan, the community recruitment, campus recruitment, internal recruitment and other aspects of the problems, such as no unified management platform for the recruitment, no pool of recruitment and other issues lead to low efficiency group and the lack of recruitment of inter-group collaboration.On this basis, Combination of e-recruitment management system, according to the actual situation of the group, establishes reasonable improvement goals and principles, proposes measures to improve the existing recruitment management system of the group:Building up the unified talents pool; establishing the background to complete the work in the recruitment for management; the establishment of front to Post jobs and Promote corporate brand and culture. Finally, puts forward concrete measures. The improved proposal has greatly improved the status of C group in recruitment management system from the respects of promoting corporate brand and culture, recruitment planning to social recruitment, campus recruitment, internal recruitment and other recruitment processes, For C Group, establishes a more systematic, comprehensive, and informational e-Recruitment management system and applied to practical.
