【摘要】 服务经济的到来，使得以知识密集和技术密集为特点的生产性服务业得到迅速发展。20世纪70年代以来，生产性服务业已成为发达国家服务业中发展最快的部门，同时也成为吸引国际直接投资的重点部门，在经济发展中扮演的角色越来越重要。而目前，我国生产性服务业发展水平滞后，吸引的外商直接投资额占外商投资总额的比例较低，在这样的背景下，对我国生产性服务业利用FD工的影响因素展开研究具有重要的实践意义。由于我国生产性服务业吸收的外资主要集中于东部地区，因此本文主要对东部地区生产性服务业利用FDI的影响因素进行研究，使用了定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法。首先对东部地区生产性服务业利用FDI的影响因素进行定性分析，在前人研究的基础上，结合生产性服务业的特点，总结归纳出四个影响因素:制造业发展水平、人力资本状况、区域集聚因素和信息化水平。通过对比分析发现东部地区在这四个影响因素上的确优于中部地区，从而具备了生产性服务业吸引FDI的优势条件。其次，构建计量模型进行检验，实证结果表明制造业发展水平、信息化水平和区域集聚因素对东部地区生产性服务业利用FDI具有显著的正面效果，而人力资本状况无显著的影响。通过主成份分析对东部地区内各省市在这些影响因素上做综合评价，结果表明东部地区大部分省市在这四个影响因素上的综合表现与其生产性服务业实际利用FDI的情况基本一致。最后，结合定性分析和定量分析的结果提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rise of service economy, producer service industry which is characterized by knowledge and technology intensive has developed rapidly. Since the 1970s, producer service industry has become the fastest growing sector in developed countries. Now it becomes the focus of foreign direct investment. Besides it is taking a more and more significant role in economic growth. But in China producer service industry is lagged behind and the ratio of producer service FDI to the whole FDI is very low. Under this background, it is meaningful on practical aspect to research the determinants of producer service.FDI of producer service in China mainly concentrates in the eastern region, so this paper’s object is the determinants of producer service FDI in eastern region. Firstly, analyze the determinants of FDI attracted to producer service industry qualitatively. Base on previous research, considering the characteristics of producer service industry, the author summarizes four factors: industry related factor, human resources, information technology and agglomeration factor. Through comparison eastern region with central region, it is found that eastern region have advantages in the four factors which is beneficial for it to attract FDI to producer service. Secondly, take demonstration analysis on eastern region’s producer service FDI and make a regression. The result shows that, industry related factor, information technology and agglomeration factor are important factors which have positive effect on FDI in producer service. At the same time, human resources have no relationship with FDI in producer service. Finally, base on theories and demonstrations, we give some useful suggestions about eastern region’s producer service FDI.更多还原
