大型可展开天线的结构分析与改进

【摘要】 随着空间技术的发展,研究大口径、轻质量、高收纳率、高可靠性的空间大型可展开天线己成为航天科技的重要领域。本文所做的工作主要针对一种新型的可展开天线——环肋可展开天线中的可展开结构部分进行研究。首先,在可展开结构已有关节及连接件设计的基础上,利用UG对各部件建模,通过UG装配模块对天线收拢态及展开态进行整体虚拟装配,以评估设计方案的可行性。制作天线样机并进行展开实验,总结实验中出现的问题,发现部分结构设计缺陷。其次,结合天线实验过程中出现的各种问题及不足,详细分析其产生原因,并作相关改进,主要包括:关节出现严重轴隙与侧隙问题,分析它们产生的原因并对相关结构做针对性的改进与设计;完善或设计关节锁止结构;详细阐述天线线牵引展开方案的原理,论证其可行性;设计两种整体走线方案,分析其优缺点;设计两种索网节点结构;在实验基础上提出一些索网防缠绕措施;对环、肋连接结构重新设计,降低牵引被割断的风险;分析扭簧驱动与线牵引驱动的优缺点,提出一种新的展开驱动方案。通过以上工作,增大了展开结构的可行性及可靠性。最后,对上述研究工作进行了总结,提出了存在的问题和下一步工作。本文主要在可展开结构实验的基础上对相关结构进行改进,使其更加完善,对环肋可展开天线的进一步研制具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of space technology, the research on space large deployable antenna with large diameter, light quality, high package ratio, high reliability has become an important field of aerospace technology. This article mainly focuses on the deployable structure parts of a new type of antenna named hoop and rib deployable antenna.Firstly, the various parts of model are established using UG based on the previous design of the joint and connector in the deployable structure. Then the whole antenna model is assemblied virtually when it is in folded state and deployed state using the assembly module of UG to evaluate the feasibility of the structure scheme. At the same time the antenna prototype is made and the experiments are done. The process of the experiments show that some parts of the structure have flaws.Secondly, this paper analyzes the cause of the problems and insufficiency which ocurred in the process of antenna experiments and does corresponding improvement. It mainly includes axial gap and lateral gap of the joint. Througth analyzing the cause of the problems, some relevant structures are improved and designed particularly. Also the locking structures of joint are perfected or designed. Two types of cable net node structure are designed. Some measures to prevent winding are proposed on the basis of experiment. The hoop and rib connection structure is designed again to reduce the risk of rope to be segmented. A new unfolded driving scheme is proposed according to analyze advantages and disadvantages of torsion spring driving and rope pulling driving. Through all above research, the feasibility and reliability of deployable structure is strengthed.Finally, the above researches are summarized and the existing problems and the next task are put forword.This paper mainly improves some relevant structures on the base of deployable structure experiment to make the antenna more perfect. It provides a valueable reference for further development of hoop and rib deployable antenna.
