计及分布式电源的配电系统可靠性评估

【摘要】 配电系统作为电力系统中的一个重要组成部分,是整个电力系统与用户联系、向用户供应电能和分配电能的重要环节,其供电可靠性水平高低与用户有着直接的关系。同时在环境与能源两大问题的驱动下,近年来分布式发电技术获得了很大的发展,并被认为是未来电力系统的发展方向。由于分布式电源通常安装在靠近用户的一侧,因此必将对原有电力系统尤其是配电系统产生重要的影响。随着大量DG接入配电网,配电网从一个辐射式的网络变为一个遍布电源的网络,同时可靠性分析计算的模型和方法发生了变化。孤岛是引入DG技术以后配电网中出现一种新的运行方式,计划形成的孤岛可以减小停电面积,提高供电可靠性。孤岛划分是进行含DG配电网可靠性计算的首要工作。本文详细阐述了配电网发生故障时的孤岛划分原则、数学模型以及孤岛划分的流程。目前对配电网可靠性评估算法的研究虽然已经比较成熟,但分布式电源的接入使得可靠性的计算分析产生了变化。由于DG在配电网中的接入位置,接入方式以及运行方式的不同,可靠性的评估也将产生巨大差异。现有的解析算法并不能很好的解决这个问题,而蒙特卡洛仿真法虽然具有较高的准确性,但是需要很长的仿真时间。本文在分析现有的计算方法的基础上,提出一种基于“贝叶斯网络”的方法计算含分布式电源配电系统可靠性指标。该方法可以很好的弥补传统方法的不足,不但能够进行配电系统的可靠性指标评估,还可以识别系统的薄弱环节。本文贝叶斯网络的建立主要基于故障模式后果分析法,通过应用VC++编制程序而直接形成,从而省去了分析复杂配电系统过程中的麻烦。?最后选择IEEE测试系统RBTS母线6的F4主馈线配电系统作为试验系统进行验证,计算结果表明该算法是正确的。
【Abstract】 Distribution system as one important part of the power system,is the important link for the whole power system and the user contact to users supply electricity, it’s power supply reliability level discretion has a direct relationship with the user .Meanwhile in environmental and energy two big problems in recent years, the driving of distributed power generation technology obtained very big development, and is considered the development direction of future power system. Because of the distributed power is usually installed near the user’s side in, so will the original power system especially distribution system has important influence.As a large number of DG access power distribution, the power distribution from a FuSheShi network into a network of around power, Meanwhile reliability analysis and calculation of the model and the method has changed. Island is a new operation mode in distribution network after Introducing DG technology. Plan formed island can reduce the power area, improving power supply reliability. Island which divide is the primary distribution network reliability DG calculation. This paper expounds the island power is at fault classification principles, mathematic model and divided island process.At present for distribution network reliability evaluation algorithm of research, while it is comparatively mature, but the distributed power access makes the reliability of the computation analysis produced change. Because of the distribution network access position DG access and operation mode, access is different, the reliability of the evaluation also will produce great differences. The existing isn’t a good analytical algorithm to solve this problem, and Monte Carlo simulation method has higher accuracy, though but needs a long simulation time. Based on the analysis of the existing calculation method is proposed, Presents a method to calculate the distributed power distribution system with the reliability index which based on“bayesian network”. This method can well compensated for lack of traditional methods, Not only can the distribution system reliability evaluation, but also identify the weak links of the system. This paper bayesian network based on the establishment of the main failure modes consequences analysis, by using VC++ programming and direct formation, save trouble in the process of analysis the distribution system complex problems.RBTS IEEE test system choose finally the F4 Lord feeder bus six distribution system as an experiment system for verification .Finally choose the F4 Lord feeder six of RBTS IEEE test system as an experiment system for verification, the calculation results show that this algorithm is correct.
