噻唑啉酮类化合物的合成、结构和异构研究

【摘要】 本论文共分五章。第一章:4-噻唑啉酮类化合物的合成及应用研究进展;第二章:功能化离子液体中N-取代硫脲的合成;第三章:3-烷基-2-苯甲酰亚胺基-4-噻唑啉酮的合成及晶体结构研究;第四章:2-烷基亚胺基-4-噻唑啉酮的合成、结构及异构研究;第五章是相关化合物的谱图数据。第一章综述了近十年来4-噻唑啉酮类化合物的合成方法及应用研究。第二章首先综述了近十年来硫脲及其衍生物的合成的研究进展,而后介绍了在[emim]SCN中以苯甲酰氯与伯胺为起始原料合成得到N-烃基-N’-酰基硫脲,再以N-烃基-N’-酰基硫脲为原料,在NaOH/H2O/EtOH体系中以近100%的转化率水解得硫脲类化合物。提供了一种高效合成N-取代硫脲的绿色、实用新方法。第三章介绍了3-烷基-2-苯甲酰亚胺基-4-噻唑啉酮的合成及晶体结构研究,探索及优化了合成反应条件,与传统方法比较,具有反应条件温和、时间短、产率高等优点,开发了一种新的合成此类化合物的绿色化学方法。并对产物进行分析和晶体结构研究。第四章探索了原料化合物的结构、反应介质等条件与合成噻唑啉酮反应的区域选择性的关系,为进一步定向设计与调控合成具有药物活性的4-噻唑啉酮类化合物奠定基础。以N-叔丁基单取代硫脲为原料,探索其在不同的条件下,与2-氯代酸作用合成4-噻唑啉酮的反应,利用1HNMR等分析手段,研究不同反应条件下的反应区域选择,并进一步定向合成了2-烷基-4-噻唑啉酮系列化合物。第五章相关化合物的谱图数据

【Abstract】 The thesis is mainly consists of five chapters. Chapter one is mainly about the synthesis and application research of 4-thiazolidinones in the recent years; Chapter two is mainly about the systhesis of N-subtituted thioureas in the task-specific ionic liquids. Chapter three is about the systhesis of 3-alkyl-2-benzoylimino-4-thiazol-idinones and their structure study; Chapter four is about the study of the tautomerism and structure of 2-alkylimino-4-thiazolidinones.Chapter one made a minireview of the progress about the sythesis and applications of 4-thiazolidinones according to different raw material, solvent, catalyst and so on in the recent ten years.Chapter two firstly reviewed the progress about the sythesis and applications of N-subsitituted thioureas in the decade. Secondly, N-substituted thioureas were synthesized efficiently by two-step reaction:(1) Acyl chlorides and amides reacted in functional ionic liquid [emim]SCN rapidly at room temperature to form N-benzoyl-N’-tert-butylthioureas in high yields. (2)N-benzoyl-N’-tert-butylthio-ureas were hydrolyzed in NaOH/H2O/EtOH to yield N-substituted thioureas with almost 100% yield. We provided an efficient, green and practical method of the synthesis of thioureas.Chapter three described the synthesis of the 3-alkyl-2-benzoylimino-4-thiazolidinones and the analysis about the structure of them. We found an efficient and green method of the synthesis of 4-thiazolidinones.Chapter four explored the relation of thiazolidinones and their isomerism with ionic liquid、raw material、the react condition and so on. Firstly, N-tert-butyl thioureas react with 2-halo acetic acid in different solvent mediums. Then according to the studies, we synthesized 2-alkylimino-4-thiazolidinones.Last chapter is about the 1H NMR and IR and so on of 4-thiazolidinones.
