G公司IT外包项目中的进度管理研究

【摘要】 自从20世纪50年代计算机开始应用于各行各业以来,信息技术外包(IT外包或者IT outsourcing)到了20世纪90年代的中后期就慢慢盛行了起来。IT外包的灵活性使得商业公司能够非常迅速地应对世界经济的快速变化,把大部分资源集中在公司的主营业务上,保证自身的核心竞争力。本论文首先介绍了进度管理和IT外包的相关概念和知识,同时介绍了影响项目进度管理的一些原因,然后对于IT外包开发行业的项目进度管理的现状进行了阐述,并对存在的问题及原因展开分析,同时基于笔者的实践经验提出了一些改进措施。文章在介绍G公司和G公司为C电信企业外包开发的S项目的背景之后,还通过S项目为例展开了案例论述,并将前述的改进措施利用于S项目之中,保证了该项目的顺利进行和完成。希望本文得出的结论能贴近实际,便于缺少项目进度管理经验的同行业公司能够有所借鉴。
【Abstract】 Since the computer technology entered the business market in the 50s of the last century, IT outsourcing of different kinds had come into the market and developed a lot from then, especially from the late 90s. The flexibility of IT outsourcing makes it possible that the companies can cope with the rapid change of the global economic. Meanwhile, it also makes it possible for the companies to be focus on their primary business and core competitiveness.In this article, the author introduces the relative concepts and knowledge about project schedule management and IT outsourcing, at the same time, the author also talks about the reasons that impact the project schedule management. After introducing the current situation of the IT outsourcing industry and schedule management, the author tries to analyze the existing problems within them and their causes. Some improvement measures are proposed based on the author’s experiences then. The article also introduces the background of company G and the S project, which is an IT outsourcing project of C telecom developed by company G, after that, a case study on S project is carried out. The author applied the improvement measures, which is talked about in previous section, in the S project and made the project developed and finished successfully. The author hopes that this article can be some reference of the companies who are lack of schedule management experience.
