【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,生命科学技术以其巨大的力量和人们无法想象的速度影响着人类的文明进程,并且渗入到人们生活的方方面面,给人类带来了一个增进健康、改善生命、提高生活质量、预防和治疗疾病的美好契机。但是,现代生物技术也给人类生活带来了一系列的伦理问题和挑战。本文就以这些问题为线索,考察其伦理困境,挖掘问题根源,并提出解决问题的路径思考。本文首先对现代生物技术、生命伦理及二者之间的关系进行基础性的整理,分析生命伦理学自身的发展逻辑,考察国内外对生物技术的伦理问题的研究现状和问题所在,确立和阐释生命伦理学的基本原则规范。其次,对生物技术的伦理问题内涵和实质进行阐述,在此基础上,进一步对基因治疗技术、辅助生殖技术、克隆技术、器官移植技术和人类基因组计划等典型的现代生物技术成果的应用现状及其引起的伦理问题进行考察和分析。最后,探究现代生物技术的伦理问题产生的根源,有针对性地提出这样的应对路径:第一,在合理的张力中谋求生物技术与生命伦理的统一,保持二者间动态平衡;第二,加强生物技术的伦理实践,鼓励公众参与,加强科技工作者和管理者的伦理责任和法律约束;第三,构建生命伦理规范体系,保证目的之正当、社会权益之平等、技术应用之谨慎。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the coming of the 21^st century, life science and technology are influencing the course of human civilization with great force, and affecting human life in various aspects. It makes us healthier, improves the quality of our life, prevents and cures human diseases. However, modern biotechnology have brought a series of problems and challenges in bioethics. In this paper, the ethics predicament is explored, its root cause is analyzed, and solutions are put forward.On the basis of exploration of the connotation of modern biotechnology and bioethics, as well as their relationship, the bioethics of its own logic, the research situation on biological science and bioethics and the current situation of bioethics are to be studied, the basic principles and norms of bioethics are described. Then, the ethical issues in the application of genetic therapy, assisted reproductive technology, cloning technique, organ transplantation and human genome project are analyzed. Finally, the root of the ethical issues of modern biotechnology are explored and accordingly, solutions are proposed to possibly avoid ethical issues. Firstly, people should retain inherent tension between biotechnology and the bioethics, remain the unity throughout the dynamic equilibrium. Secondly, people should strengthen the ethical practice of biotechnology, encourage the public to participate in, and strengthen the ethical burden and legal ties of scientists and administrators; and thirdly establish the bioethical norm system, ensure that the research purpose is proper, social rights is equal, and the way of act is cautious.更多还原
