缓冲减振重载安全离合器的结构优化设计及运动特性分析

【摘要】 缓冲减振重载安全离合器是一种新型的钢球安全离合器。该离合器具有冲击小、运行振动小,传递力矩大、体积小、承载能力高、接合分离迅速和过载自动保护等特点,其具有良好的应用前景。本文根据企业需要,结合实际课题,在充分了解和分析缓冲减振重载安全离合器的结构特点与工作原理的基础上,应用MATLAB软件对其进行现代机械结构优化设计。然后用ADAMS软件对优化设计后的离合器进行了虚拟样机装配与仿真,并对其运动特性进行研究与分析。在安全离合器结构优化方面:首先根据缓冲减振重载安全离合器的结构特点和工作过程,找出各构件之间的力学关系式,建立起离合器的力学模型。然后根据MATLAB优化工具箱优化函数格式的需要,建立起在满足离合器主要性能要求下的以体积最小为优化目标的优化数学模型,并编写优化程序进行优化,得到离合器优化后的主要尺寸参数。在安全离合器虚拟仿真方面:首先根据优化设计中得出的安全离合器主要尺寸参数在UG建模环境下建立离合器的三维CAD模型。然后将其通过ADAMS的图形交换接口导入到ADAMS软件中,设置系统环境参数和添加约束。最后通过对安全离合器虚拟样机在额定载荷下和过载保护运动下分别进行仿真,获得了重要参数曲线和参数值。

【Abstract】 The Buffer Damping-vibration Over-loading Security Clutch is a new kind of steel ball security clutch. It has the characteristics of less contact-impact, damp vibration, powerful transmitting torque, small volume, high load bearing capacity , combining and separating rapidly, automatic protective when over loading and so on, so it has a good application prospect. Base on the fully understanding and analysis of structural characteristics and working principle of security clutch, this paper according to the need of corporation and combine actual topic, using MATLAB software to carry on the modern optimization design for security clutch. Then, the clutch after the optimization design is carried out the assemblage and simulation of virtual prototype in use of ADAMS software and study and analysis of the motion characteristics.In the structure optimization of security clutch: First, according to the structure characteristics of the clutch and the working process, find out the mechanical relation between structures and established mechanics model of the clutch. Then base on the optimization function format of MATLAB optimal toolbox, establish the optimization mathematics model that the optimization object is the size of clutch is minimize and meet the key performance requirements of the clutch, compile the optimization procedures to optimize and obtain main dimensions of the clutch after optimizing .In the virtual simulation of the security clutch: First,according to the main dimensions of clutch after optimizing the clutch , establish CAD model in the UG modeling environment. And then exchanged by ADAMS graphical interfaces into ADAMS software, set the system environment parameters and add constraints. Finally, the virtual prototype of security clutch is simulated in the rated load movement and in the overload protection movement , obtain important parameter curves and important parameter.
