【摘要】 毕业论文是对学生专业学习成果的综合性运用和检验,是实现理论与实践相结合的最佳途径,是本科教育中一个很重要的实践环节。通过撰写毕业论文,学生不仅可以增强专业知识、提高写作能力,还可以锻炼发现问题、分析问题和解决实际问题的能力,可以培养科学的思维方式和创新精神。所以,毕业论文的撰写实际上也是学生知识技能提升和自我能力完善的过程。旅游学科自身有着较强的实践性和应用性,旅游行业同样需要具备很强实践能力的综合型人才,这便对旅游管理专业的人才培养提出了新的要求。而毕业论文的特性恰恰与这一目标相契合。因此,在旅游管理专业教学中,应该强调毕业论文的重要性,充分利用毕业论文教学的优势来实现本专业的培养目标。本研究在对旅游管理专业毕业论文整体现状进行调查的基础上,分析了其问题产生的各方面原因,提出了旅游管理专业毕业论文教学的具体改革措施。具体来看,本论文包括五部分内容。第一部分首先对研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容和方法进行了归纳和总结。第二部分对毕业论文的相关内容进行了概述,包括毕业论文的内涵与类型、特征与环节以及毕业论文写作的价值几个方面。第三部分调查了旅游管理专业毕业论文的整体现状,并进行了原因分析。整体现状包括毕业论文写作的现状、毕业论文质量的现状、毕业论文课程的现状和毕业论文教学的现状。从这些现状中发现旅游管理专业毕业论文的质量普遍不高,毕业论文教学存在很多问题,有待进一步改善。然后从社会层面、管理层面、教师层面、学生层面对其质量欠佳的原因进行了分析。第四部分从教学管理、教学内容、教学实施、教学评价四个方面提出了旅游管理专业毕业论文教学的具体改革策略。第五部分总结了本研究的基本结论和主要观点,并指出了研究中的不足之处和有待进一步解决的问题。本文主要对旅游管理专业毕业论文的教学改革进行了探讨,希望能够对旅游管理专业教学起到一定的促进和推动作用,从而提高学生的综合能力,增强其竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Graduation thesis is the comprehensive application and test of students’study achievements, is the best way of combining theory and practice, and is a very important practice link in undergraduate education. By means of writing thesis, it can not only enhance students’professional knowledge and improve their writing ability, but also develop the ability of problem-discovering, problem-analyzing and problem-solving, and cultivate the scientific thinking mode and innovation spirit. So thesis writing is actually a process of promoting knowledge skills and self-ability.Tourism discipline itself has a strong practicability and applicability, and tourism industry also needs the comprehensive talents full of practice ability, which puts forward a new requirement to the talent training in the major of tourism management. Thus the above characteristics of graduation thesis are consistent with this target. Therefore, during the teaching process in the major of tourism management, it should strengthen the importance of graduation thesis, and make full use of the advantages of thesis teaching to realize the training target.On the basis of surveying the entire situation of graduation thesis in the major of tourism management, this research analyzes various reasons to the problems, and presents the reform measures of thesis teaching in this major. There are five chapters in this paper.In the first chapter, it concludes and summarizes the research background and significance, the research status at home and abroad, and the research content and method.The second chapter summarizes the relative content of thesis, which includes the connotation and categories, the characteristics and steps, and the value of thesis writing.The third chapter investigates the entire situation of graduation thesis and analyzes the reasons. The entire situation includes the writing situation, the quality situation, the curriculum situation and the teaching situation. It reveals that the thesis quality in the major of tourism management is generally not very high, and there are lots of problems in thesis teaching needs to be promoted. And then it analyzes the reasons in four aspects: society, management, supervisors and students.The fourth chapter presents the reform measures of thesis teaching in the major of tourism management in four aspects of teaching management, teaching content, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. The final chapter summarizes the main conclusions of this research, and points out the deficiencies and problems.This paper mainly discusses the teaching reform of graduation thesis. I hope it could promote the teaching of the major of tourism management, consequently improve students’comprehensive ability, and enhance their competitiveness.更多还原
