【摘要】 漠河金矿自创办以来,短短几年时间内,就取得令人瞩目的成效。究其原因,一方面固然与其企业领导人的努力经营有关,另一方面也是由于金矿实行近代化的经营管理模式——官督商办制度的必然结果。本文试以漠河金矿为例进行研究,揭示官督商办对研究洋务运动企业所产生的重大影响。本文着重论述其筹办背景、经营管理模式、以及衰败原因和社会功效,从中得出官督商办企业所具有的独特优势和历史进步作用,以及这种经营模式给企业带来的负面影响。文章主要分为以下四部分:第一部分漠河金矿创建之缘起。主要论述漠河金矿创建前的边疆危机形势和国内实现兴利实边的目的要求,并阐述了金矿创建的优势条件。第二部分漠河金矿管理模式——官督商办。本章着重论述漠河金矿采用官督商办的组织模式,是官商互赢的必然选择。第三部分漠河金矿的经营管理与衰落。主要介绍漠河公司的章程与实施情况。后期官督商办制度弊端逐渐显现,致使漠河金矿日益走向衰落。第四部分官督商办模式对漠河金矿的影响。通过对漠河金矿成败的论述,具体分析官督商办企业的独特优势,同时指出其存在的弊端,从中总结出官督商办企业的失败原因和历史教训。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Mohe gold mine has made amazing progress since its originated. Why? On the one hand,it’s related to the business leaders,on the other hand it is also because the gold mine adopted the modern management model—the government-supervised and merchant-run system.We attampt to take the case of Mohe gold mine to reveals the effect that the government-supervised and merchant-run system made on the enterprises set up in the westernization drive. We elaborate the preparation background,the management and operation pattern,the deterioration reasons and also the social effect of the government-supervised and merchant-run system.Then we conclude the exclusive advantage,historical function and the ill effect of the government-supervised and merchant-run system brought to the enterprise.This article is devided into 5 parts:Chapter 1:The reason of the Mohe gold mine’s setting up.We discuss the crisis situation of the frontier,the aim of making a profit and guard the frontier.At the same time,we elaborate the superior conditions of setting up the gold mine.Chapter 2:The organization pattern of the Mohe gold mine—government -supervised and merchant-run system.We elaborate the organization pattern of the government-supervised and merchant-run system that the Mohe gold mine adopted.Chapter 3:The earlier management of the Mohe gold mine.We give a breif introduction of the statute and the implementing situation of the enterprises in Mohe. Mohe gold mine reached its prosperous,but the drawback of the government-supervised and merchant-run system was also highlighted gradually.All of this made the Mohe gold mine fell into decay.Chapter 4:The effect that the government-supervised and merchant-run system made on the Mohe gold mine.Through the discuss of the success or failure the Mohe gold mine,analyse the unique business advantages of the government-supervised and merchant-run system,at the same time point out the shortcomings of its existence,from which summarize the reasons of failure and the historical lessons of the government-supervised and merchant-run system.更多还原
