【摘要】 20世纪末以来,我国独立学院经历从无到有,从少到多,从不规范到规范,走过一条快速发展之路。各学校办学规模不断扩大,办学条件逐步改善,办学质量也在逐步提高,为社会培养了大批高层次人才。但是,我国独立学院仍然没有得到社会的广泛认可,对独立学院人才培养质量有诸多质疑,一个很重要的原因在于人们对独立学院师资队伍状况的疑虑。独立学院办学时间不长,办学条件受到多方制约,特别是经历办学规模快速扩张之后,独立学院教师队伍出现总量不足,队伍建构不合理等问题。在我国提出提高高等教育人才培养质量的情况下,独立学院教师队伍建设问题成为影响办学质量提高的主要问题。本文以武汉地区部属高校独立学院的教师为研究对象,通过对独立学院教师满意度调查,分析了武汉地区部属高校独立学院师资队伍建设问题,在研究中发现,武汉地区部属高校独立学院师资队伍建设中既有自身特有的优势,也存在全国独立学院普遍存在的问题。针对武汉地区部属高校独立学院师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出独立学院首先要明确定位,有的放矢；其次是在遵循师资队伍建设的原则下,完善师资管理制度,不断改善师资队伍结构,以满足提高独立学院人才培养的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the end of last century, after decades of development, the rising independent colleges in China have gradually expanded their educational scale, improved school conditions and cultivate hundreds of thousands of high level talents in only ten years. Nevertheless, the independent colleges are still not fully admited by society. There are many reasons for this fact, on one hand, higher education has been hold by the public colleges, which gian people’s trust.on the other hand, people doubt the quality of personnel training of independent colleges. Maybe the latter is the most important reason.A teaching staff with a rational structure and the overall excellent quality is the guarantee, which can make a university teaching activities be carried out properly. Because the history of holding Independent Colleges is not long and school conditions are constrainted by multiple factors, especially after the rapid expansion of school size, many problems appear in the independent colleges, such as the total lack of teaching staff, unreasonable structure.When the government is focusing on improvement of higher educational quality, how to build the teaching staff of independent colleges becomes the main issue to affect the improvement of the higher educational quality. So study on building the teaching staff to improve the higher educational quality is an urgent task. In these circumstances, the writer has taken some subordinate independent colleges in Wuhan for examples to study. First, this paper has analyzed the problems existing teaching staff building during the process of the independent colleges development from two levels of teaching staff structure and teaching staff management. Second, the writer has investigated teaching staff of the independent colleges in Wuhan further and discovered that teaching staff building of independent colleges in both has their own unique advantages and has the common problems which exist independent colleges in other area in China. Finally, the paper has put forward some countermeasures to resolve the problems referenced above. The independent colleges should clarify its orientation to purposes. Then, in compliance with the principle of teaching staff building, the independent colleges should complete the teacher management system and teaching staff structure, in order to meet the demand of improving personnel training of independent colleges.更多还原
