【摘要】 在现代社会中,随着物质文明和精神文明的不断进步,人们对信息知识方面的需求越来越高,人们的文化消费越来越普遍。新时期的档案馆除了满足本机关的使用需要之外,更应该加快档案开放的步伐,提高自身的“社会公共性”,为社会公众提供良好的公共文化休闲环境,成为社会民众的精神殿堂,由此,建设公共档案馆已成为我国档案事业发展的必经之路。目前我国档案界在这一问题在理论和实践上已经取得了一定的成绩和效果:相关研究的学术论文不仅分布在档案学类的期刊上,其余学科期刊也已开始关注我国公共档案馆的研究;在档案学类期刊中,专业核心期刊和普通期刊上都有相关学术论文的发表。但是,笔者研究发现:大部分档案学者只是对公共档案馆的含义与职能等宏观方面进行了研究,真正深入构建的具体措施,尤其是对公共档案馆馆藏资源建设问题进行研究的文章却寥寥无几。公共档案馆建设是一项庞大的、系统的工程,其中,公共档案馆的馆藏结构是否合理直接影响着整个公共档案馆建设的成败。因此,对公共档案馆的馆藏结构进行研究是必要而且必须的。本论文以我国综合档案馆的馆藏资源建设为研究对象,旨在对公共档案馆的馆藏结构进行研究,从理论上和实践上分析我国公共档案馆在馆藏资源建设中存在的问题,然后针对存在的问题提出自己的解决建议。本文采用了文献调查法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等调查方法,并选定了某综合档案馆的馆藏资源状况进行了实践调查,设计了《公共档案馆馆藏基本情况调查》与《档案馆用户使用情况调查》两个问卷,根据之前搜集的资料及调查表统计的数据,从理论上和实践上综合分析了目前我国公共档案馆的馆藏结构中存在的问题。本文集中力量和篇幅对公共档案馆馆藏结构优化进行了探讨,充分吸纳已有的研究成果,并在选题角度、研究内容、论证过程力求有所创新。笔者抱着严谨认真的态度写作本文,希望此文能对我国公共档案馆的馆藏资源建设的研究有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the continuous improvement of material civilization and spiritual civilization contributes a lot to people’s high demand on information and general consumption of culture. For the modern archives, they should not only service themselves, nut also speed up file development in order to supply a kind of public cultural leisure environment for the society. So to build the public archive becomes the road which the file industry must pass for its development.We have made some achievements on this issue in file files, and the relative academic articles appear in file periodical , other kinds of periodical also pay their attention to the research on public files in our country. But through my investigation, I find out most file researchers only have some idea on some macroscopic concept like the meaning and function of public archive, few articles have discussion on the specific measure and the resource construction.It will be a huge and systematic project to build the public archive, and the rationality of collection structure decides the success or failure on archive construction. So it is rather necessary to carry out the research on collection structure. This article will take resource construction in Chinese general archive as the main object, aim at the optimization on collection structure, analyze the problems existing in resource construction from theory and practice, and then bring out my solution according to the problems.In this article, I use several methods like: document survey, professor interview, and questionnaire survey , and carry out the practical investigation in the representative general archive, make out‘the basic survey on public archive collection’and‘survey questionnaire on the using of archive user’. Based on the above documents, this article gives an comprehensive analysis on the problems in the public archive collection from theory and practice.The major words of this article gives an discussion on the optimization of the collection structure, makes full use of the present achievement , and tries its best to make innovation, such as: the topic selection. the research contents and the demonstration.Whatever, the author finishes this article with precise attitude, hoping it can do some help to the collection resource construction of public archives in China.更多还原
