【摘要】 伴随着高等教育大众化进程,高等教育区域化发展成为必然趋势。区域经济的发展需要高等教育的支持,高等教育的发展也会受到区域经济发展水平的影响,并在这种矛盾关系中求得共同发展。然而,在这一客观规律下,沧州在近些年经济快速发展的背后,高等教育的发展却是缓慢进行。针对这一特殊阶段出现的区域高等教育与区域经济非均衡发展的现象,本文对沧州的经济和高等教育发展状况进行了客观剖析,总结秦皇岛高等教育与经济协调发展经验,包括主要依靠人才和积极引进优质教育资源发展经济,作为沧州未来发展的经验启示;最后,就如何提高高等教育的质量、速度、规模、效益等方面提出高等教育的学科专业结构必须与产业结构的发展相适应,注重复合型人才的培养、大力发展职业技术教育,积极利用京津优质教育资源。本论文希望能够为沧州教育行政部门决策提供理论依据,也希望能为家乡经济发展献上微薄力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of mass higher education in China,Regionalization of higher education has become the inevitable trend. The development of regional economy needs supports from higher education,the development of higher education is constrained by the development level of regional economy. However, in this objective law, compared with the rapid economic development of Cangzhou in recent years, the development of higher education is relatively slow. In response to the non-equilibrium phenomena of regional higher education and regional economic development in this particular stage, this paper conducts an objective analysis on Economic and Higher Education Development of Cangzhou, and is trying to find the problems in the development of regional higher education; then makes a comparison with Qinhuangdao to sum up the experience of the coordinated development of regional economy and regional higher education in Qinhuangdao as inspiration for the future development of Cangzhou, Including relying on human capital and actively introducing high-quality educational resources; finally , on how to improve the quality, speed, scale, and efficiency of higher education, it proposes that the specialty structure of higher education must be compatible with the industrial structure. It includes cultivating compound talents, developing vocational and technical education, and making use of high-quality educational resources from Beijing and Tianjin. Hoped the paper can provide the theory basis for the decision-making of Changzhou educational administration, and also hoped it can present the meager power for my hometown’s economic development.更多还原
