【摘要】 农村社区型股份合作制,是以资产为纽带,以村(社区)为单位,在农村原有合作制基础上,实行劳动者的资本联合,成立风险共担、利益共享的具有中国特色的农村经济组织制度。农村社区型股份合作制不仅是当前和今后一段时期促进农村城市化发展的有效举措,更是实现村民共同富裕的一条重要路径。浙江省宁波市江东区,作为我国东部沿海经济社会相对发达的地区,在农村社区型股份合作制建设和改革方面已进行了积极而有效的探索和实践。江东区2004年10月全面完成撤村建居。至2005年11月,完成全部经济合作社股份制改革。截止2009年底,股份经济合作社集体总资产54.3亿元、净资产44.6亿元、经常性收入5.18亿元、股东分配4.23亿元。2009年股东个人最高分红达到3.86万元。股份合作经济持续健康快速发展。本文以江东区农村社区型股份合作制为主要研究对象,对农村社区型股份合作制的发展背景、主要做法、改革成效及当前存在的主要问题和根源进行了剖析,并以新制度经济学、产权理论、治理结构理论等为支撑,就推进农村社区型股份合作制的进一步改革和逐步完善提出了具体的建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shareholding cooperative system (SCS) of rural community-type, based on the rural resources, is a system renovation towards rural industrialization and modernization which combines the rural land and capital together to establish rural stock company. The stock company will share the risks and interests itself. By the reform on rural community SCS, the farmers (citizens) will enjoy the interests brought by the reform and its development, which overcomes the shortcoming and risks of the original system. It is an effective to reach the common wealth and development in rural areas.Jiangdong District of Zhejiang Province is located in a relatively developed area of east China. It has made some exploration and reform practice on SCS. Up until the end of 2005,it has finished reforming. It covered total assets of 5.43 billion RMB, net assets of 4.46 billion RMB, recurrent revenue 0.52 billion RMB and distribution to shareholders 0.42 billion RMB. The highest individual shareholder dividends was 38.6 thousand RMB in 2009. Shareholding cooperative economics developed sustained and healthy. Studying the situation in Ningbo Jiangdong, this dissertation analyzes and explores institutional characteristics, the structure of property rights and the structure of cooperative governance, indicates the suitable field for the development of SCS and recommends some policies for its further development.更多还原
