再制造环境中发动机零部件清洗流程改进及绩效研究

【摘要】 世界范围内的再制造行业在实施生产管理的过程当中,由于再制造零部件行业本身具有多品种,小批量的生产特点,并且质量要求很高,要求达到新品的标准,大多数企业习惯上采用推动式生产管理。而CT公司采用精益生产模式,应用拉动式生产管理,建立起了基本完整的拉动式生产体系,目前取得了卓著的成绩。但是在应用精益生产的过程中,遇到了一些“障碍”。核心流程(包括拆解,清洗,整理和分检等部分)就是其中最为突出的环节。在整体生产管理中,核心流程采取的是“批量生产”而下游部分是应用“单件流”的生产组装模式。这样,上游的生产模式就不能满足下游的“单件流”的生产需求。本论文的目的就在于探讨改进和改善核心流程的效率,消除“障碍”,从而实现拉动式生产的顺利进行。在实现改善流程的同时,建立起过程质量控制标准体系和产品质量标准体系,从而更好的监控和保证生产体系的快速和有效的运行。本课题的另外意义在于再制造行业内对于再制造的毛坯件修复和表面处理多有研究,但是对于清洗环节的研究尚属于空白,而清洗流程是整体生产运行体系的基础。本论文的从此目的出发,试图对再制造研究做出自己的贡献。

【Abstract】 Most of remanufacturing companies are implementing push production system in the world because there are high volume and multi- products in the production lines. Also the quality criteria must meet the new quality demand. And CT Company built up the pull production system and had gotten great achievements implementing lean idea. But there are still obstacles when using the lean idea for production. Core processes such as disassembling, cleaning, detail and qualification are the key processes need to optimize.In the production management, core processes are utilizing“batch production”while downstream are utilizing“one piece flow”style. Hence, the upstream cannot meet the downstream demand. The goal of the paper is to study and improve the core process’efficiency and eliminate the“muda”to manufacture smoothly. When improving the processes, we built up the process control system and product quality system for the better operating.Besides, there is still lack of the study of cleaning process in remanufacturing industry. The paper tried to make the contribution for the area.
