城市加铺沥青路面病害调查及原因分析

【摘要】 由于沥青路面的诸多优点,城市旧混凝土路面加铺沥青面层的旧路处理方式越来越受到青睐。尤以其短施工周期及行车舒适性特点最适合城市路面改造。武汉市2002-2005年间几乎刷黑了其所有的主干道,其竣工初期给城市形象以及交通质量都带来了显著的改善。同时,随着时间推移,加铺层病害也日益显著,病害扩展速度之快也超过预期。另外,城市道路由于其不同的行车特点以及施工周期,破坏特点和机理定有不同于一般的高速公路之处,且国内的研究更注重高速公路病害。本文以武汉市洪山路、武珞路、关山大道、解放大道、建设大道、中山大道、白沙洲大桥、长江一桥和长江二桥这九条加铺主干道为研究对象,通过现场病害调查统计,运用现场钻芯、基层观测和室内试验的方法,并结合相关力学理论和施工经验对武汉市路面几种普遍性以及危害性大的病害原因进行了研究与分析。其研究工作和主要成果如下:1.对目标路段进行了调查统计,计算出了各路段的PCI值,并将单项病害进行了对比。统计显示,裂缝类和变形类病害是武汉市加铺路面主要病害类型,且各路段路况差距较大;城市道路的病害类型及分布与高速公路有很大区别。变形类病害以车辙形式为主,这也符合城市道路交通渠化、行车缓慢、方向不定、刹车启动频繁的行车特点。相比于高速公路,城市道路的车辙病害更为严重,槽辙更深,且分布更零散,十字路口及公交站台出现频率最高。2.钻芯取样共102个。基层状况与裂缝对应状况显示,90%的裂缝均为由基层反射到面层的反射裂缝。城市道路在基层状况方面与高速公路也有很大区别。3.芯样的强度及水稳定度试验结果表明,沥青混合料的强度以及水稳性均达标,不对裂缝及坑槽构成不利影响;芯样的沥青混合料一般处于过压实状态,行车量大的几条路普遍显现试样厚度不均、粒径差别大的问题。过厚的以及复杂的沥青面层对槽辙的形成起到了推波助澜的作用。4.结合国内加铺层处理经验以及理论分析,进一步证实了加铺层反射裂缝的普遍性以及危害性,应以其作为设计施工的首要解决问题;简要分析了水损害与裂缝及坑槽的相互联系。

【Abstract】 Because of the advantages of asphalt pavement, the way of paving asphalt surface on city old concrete roads are more and more popular.Especially the characters of short construction perid and comfort are fit for the roads reconstruction. Wuhan brushed almost all old roads between 2002-2005,and the completion of the reconstruction had brought significant improvements to the city’s image and traffic quality.At the same time, as time went on,many fatigue damage apeared,and the speed of expansion of the cracks are so high that the control to the damage became useless.For the different traffic type and construction cycle,the characteristics and mechanism of destructionurban of urban roads are different from the highway.And domestic research are focused on the highway diseases.Take several main roads of Wuhan City for sample, we have carried out systematic survey and analysis about their disease. Survey showed that crack and deformation disease were particularly common, most of the crack diseases were performed as the reflective-crack;In this paper,We take Hongshan Road, Wuluo Road, Guanshan Road, Jiefang Road, Jianshe Avenue, Zhongshan Avenue, Baishazhou Bridge, the Yangtze River I bridge and the Yangtze River BridgeⅡfor research object.Based on investigation and theoretical analysis as well as relevant experience in construction design, we do experiments to the sample,then we did some research and analysis to the common diseases which caused great harm to the urban roads.Our research work and main results are as follows:1.Take survey to the nine roads, list PCI values and the individual disease comparison chart of each roads. Statistics show that crack and deformation disease were major disease among these roads.The quality gap between each roads is large. Deformation diseases were mainly performed as rut,which was consistent with urban traffic feature:slow traffics、uncertain direction、multi-lane traffic、lots of start and brake. Compared to highways, urban roads rut are more serious and groove are deeper.and its distribution is more acattered.Rut has the highest frequency at the bus stations and cross roads.2. We drilled 102 samples in all.It showed that 90% of the cracks are reflective cracks. There are so many differences between base of highway and urban roads which determine that the type and distribution of highway and urban roads diseases have great differences.3.Strength and water-stability test results show that the mixture’s strength and water stability achieve standard and do not adversely affect the cracks and pits. Asphalt mixture were compacted well, but several roads with much traffics show uneven thickness and uneven mineral. Thick and complex asphalt pavement take negative affect on the forming of the rut.4. Combined with the experience of domestic processing to the asphalt concrete pavement and the theoretical analysis,We have confirmed the reflective-cracking’s harm and universality,it should be viewed as the most important part of the design;We also make a brief analysis about the relationship between water damage and cracks & pits.asphalt mixture’s compaction is essential for the prevention of water damage.
