可视对讲系统中多媒体模块的设计

【摘要】 随着科学技术的不断进步,人们对居住环境的安全性、便捷性提出了越来越高的要求,促使住宅小区向智能化方向发展。可视对讲系统作为智能小区的标准配置受到越来越多的重视。传统的可视对讲系统功能单一,不能满足现在对于可视对讲系统的多媒体的需求。用户希望新一代可视对讲系统功能丰富、更加智能。基于这种现状,将嵌入式系统引用到可视对讲系统中,实现可视对讲系统的多媒体化。根据可视对讲系统中的多媒体功能的需求,在总体设计中运用模块化的设计理念,在不更改传统可视对讲系统原有设计和功能的基础上,增加多媒体模块,灵活实现可视对讲系统的多媒体化。文章将多媒体模块的设计分为硬件和软件两部分来阐述。硬件设计方案首先根据多媒体功能的需求选择核心处理器。综合性能、稳定性和价格等因素选择SUNPLUS公司的SDSC536A芯片。SDSC536A芯片具有强大的MPEG/JPEG引擎和音频编解码器,丰富的外部扩展接口,非常适合嵌入式多媒体应用;根据核心处理器的性能及特点以及系统要求,选择合适的外围芯片与器件,讨论了微处理器、通讯接口、SDRAM、FLASH、视频、音频、SD卡等电路的设计,完成了多媒体模块的硬件设计方案;进行多媒体模块原理图的设计和PCB布局布线,做出首批测试品。软件部分根据可视对讲系统的多媒体功能和硬件方案的要求选用μC/OS-II嵌入式操作系统。首先搭建μC/OS-II系统的编译、调试平台,将μC/OS-II系统移植到SDSC536A芯片。在此基础上,进行系统软件的总体规划,逐一实现多媒体功能。设计的同时对系统进行严格测试,根据测试结果进行修正和优化。经过十个多月的研究,最终完成了多媒体模块的设计,使可视对讲系统具有访客留影、录像、数码相框、MP3、MP4、SD卡等功能。经过严格的测试已经投入使用,并且市场反应良好,成为公司的主打产品之一。该多媒体模块增加了可视对讲系统的功能和实用性,提升了系统的档次,增加了产品的亮点和竞争力,具有广阔的市场前景。
【Abstract】 With the development of technology, people needs safer and more convenient living environment, residence community are developing toward intelligent. Video intercom system as the standard configuration of intelligent building is taken more seriously. The traditional video intercom system can not meet the current video intercom system for multimedia needs because of the single function. People hope that the new generation of video intercom system could be more function and more intelligent. Based on this situation, make use of the rich function of embedded systems to achieve multimedia of video intercom system.According to the multimedia needs, the modular design was used in the design of multimedia video intercom system. This design achieved multimedia function of video intercom system without changing the traditional original design and function just by adding a multimedia module.The design of Multimedia Module will be described in this article by dividing into two parts, hardware and software. First of all, chose core processor according to the needs of multimedia function in the hardware design. The SDSC536A chip of SUNPLUS Company was chosen because of its comprehensive performance, stability, price factors etc. SDSC536A chip with powerful MPEG / JPEG engine, audio codec, and a wealth of external interface was very suitable for embedded multimedia applications; then the appropriate peripheral chips and devices were selected according to the core processor performance, features and system requirements. Schematic diagram of Microprocessor, communications interface, SDRAM, FLASH, video,audio, SD cards and so on were designed detailedly and discussed. Then design the schematic diagram of multimedia module, layout PCB circuit, make the first test products.For software design,μC / OS-II embedded operating system was chosen according to multimedia functions and hardware requirements. First structure compiling and debugging platform ofμC / OS-II System, thenμC / OS-II system was transplanted into SDSC536A chip. Then overrall program was designed and multimedia functions were realized seriatim. The system was tested strictly, and be corrected and optimized according to test results.After 10 month of design, multimedia module was finished, so that the video intercom system had functions of taking pictures of visitors, video, digital photo frame, MP3, MP4, SD card and so on. The product which was used after rigorous testing had a good market response. The multimedia module which increased functions and practicality of video intercom system promoted the grade of system, increased highlights and competitiveness of the product, would have broad market prospects.
