基于红外热成像技术的输电线路关键部位温度在线监测系统

【摘要】 输电线路中各种电气设备故障与其发热有着极其密切的关系,电力设备的温度在线监测对于提高电力系统的稳定性,降低维修成本,保证电能质量与供电可靠性,有极其重要的意义。传统的输电线路关键部位温度监测方法中:贴温度标签或示温腊片时,需要停电后安放,且测温范围狭窄,不适用高压环境,无法实现在线监测;激光测温枪测温时需瞄准测温部位,无人值守时无法监测舞动的输电线路;测温球安装麻烦,监测点固定而有限,且容易损坏。而利用红外热成像测温则有非接触、不停电、不取样、监测范围广的优点,已成为未来输电线路关键部位温度在线监测的主要发展方向。本文结合山西省电力公司相关项目的研究,针对目前野外输电线路关键部位温度在线监测的薄弱环节,设计了一套以红外热成像技术为基础、GPRS无线通信技术和ARM技术为桥梁的输电线路关键部位温度在线监测系统。本课题所作工作如下:(1)对现有输电线路关键部位温度监测的各种方法的优缺点进行了比较和分析,对本课题研究的必要性作了说明并分析讨论了国内外红外测温系统的发展。(2)提出了“基于红外热成像技术的输电线路关键部位温度在线监测系统”的设计方案。(3)设计了监测终端的硬件电路:包括各部分元件的选择以及无线通信、图像采集、存储、系统时钟、看门狗及复位、JTAG接口、电源管理等模块的电路设计,为控制软件的运行提供了可靠的硬件平台。(4)完成了监测终端软件的设计。对监测中心端软件的特点、功能做了详尽介绍。(5)对本系统各功能模块进行了单独调试,在各功能模块调试成功的基础上进行了系统联调。并提出系统今后的发展目标和改进措施。本系统经过电力部门输电线路监控现场运行与测试,各项技术性能指标已达到设计目标要求。

【Abstract】 In power transmission line, the faults of electrical equipment have a close relationship with heat. On-line temperature checkout for electrical equipment is of great significance to improve the stability of power system, reduce the cost of maintenance and ensure power quality and reliability.In the traditional temperature detection methods for key parts of power transmission line, on the one hand, temperature labels or temperature wax tablets are stuck only when the power supply has been cut off; on the other hand, the narrow scope of measuring temperature makes it impossible to fit to high pressure conditions and realize the on-line monitoring. The laser temperature measuring gun must hit the corresponding target when the temperature is measured, which means the fluttering power transmission line cannot be monitored with light out. In the methd of thermal pellet, the installation is complex, the monitoring sites are fixed and limited, easily to be damaged. Whereas, the infrared thermal imaging technology, with the merits of non-contact measurement, uninterruptible power, needless sampling and the wide monitoring scope, has become a main developing direction of on-line monitoring for key parts of power transmission line.Incooperating the technological project research of Shanxi Province Electricity Company, in view of the weak link that the present power transmission line in the field could not perform realtime examination for temperature, an on-line temperature checkout system for key parts of power transmission line based on infrared thermal imaging technology, bridged on GPRS wireless communication and ARM technology is devised. The main contents are as follows.(1) The superiorities and deficiencies of different temperature measuring methods for key parts of power transmission line are compared and analyzed, and then the necessity and the development both at home and abroad related to our task are described.(2) The design scheme of the on-line temperature checkout system for key parts of power transmission line based on infrared imaging technology are presented.(3) The hardware circuit about the monitoring terminal, including selection of elements, wireless communication, image colletion and storage, system clock, watchdog and reset, JTAG interface and power management module have been finished, which provides a reliable hardware for the control program. (4) The software design of the monitoring terminal are accomplished and its’features and function are inroduced in detail.(5) The whole system are debugged again after the system departmental modules are debugged independently and successfully. Finally, the future research and improving suggestions s are given.Through transmission line on-site operating and testing of power department, the respective technical performance index of the system has met objective requirements.
