【摘要】 随着经济的迅速发展、社会的不断进步和人民生活水平的提高,人们对旅行的质量提出了更高的要求,建设城际铁路客运专线,实现客货分线运行将成为我国铁路新的战略选择。2008年后,高速客运专线网将逐步形成,高速客运专线的建成将大幅度提高铁路的竞争能力。列车开行方案是客运专线旅客运输组织的核心,它能较好地反映旅客运输的经营策略和服务质量。好的列车开行方案能提高铁路旅客运输的市场竞争力,进一步提高铁路运输的经营效益。因此,城际客运专线旅客列车开行方案的研究是当前亟待解决的重要课题。本论文以理论研究为主,在充分借鉴和参考以往的研究成果基础上,运用系统的观点、定量与定性研究相结合及类比的方法,对城际客运专线开行方案进行了深入探讨和研究,并将理论研究成果应用于实际。根据旅客列车开行方案的定义以及主要内容,结合城际客运专线的实际情况,本文总结提出了制定城际客运专线列车开行方案的原则、主要内容,较全面的总结了影响列车开行方案的主要因素。本文提出了制定列车开行方案的新思路,针对开行方案所涉及交路方案、开行列车种类、停站方式等相互影响、相互交织的特点,给出了综合研究的理论方法,建立了在满足客流需求下动车组需要数最小的优化模型,就交路方案、列车开行种类、停站方式等关键问题进行比选,最终确定列车开行方案。本文将理论研究运用于实际客运专线,以成-绵-乐城际铁路为实例,运用相关研究成果确定了本线的交路方案、列车开行种类、停站方式及开行对数,制定了全日列车开行计划,较合理的制定了该客运专线的列车开行方案,取得了较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the developmental fleetness of the economic, the unceasing enhancement of the society and the boostment of the people’s life level, there has being expected more highly about the quality of travelling. To realize the respective operation of the passenger and freight train, constructing inter-city dedicated passenger railway will be new strategic selection of our railway. Recently, dedicated passenger railway in our country has been aspiringly being built. After 2008, the net of high-speed dedicated passenger railway is to be formed, and the accomplishment of it shall substantially advance the competitiveness of the railway.The operation scheme of the train, the core of passenger organization of the dedicated passenger railway, is perferably capable of embodying the manangemental strategy and the ministrant quality. The first-class operation scheme would elevate the market competitiveness of the railway transport and advance further the benefit of the railway. Therefore, researth on the operation scheme of the inter-city dedecated passenger train is a problem of significance needing to be settled instantly.This thesis mainly centers on theoretical study. On the achievements of sufficiently learning and consulting the past fruit concerned, the author adopts the perpectives of the system, the quantitative analysis and the analogic reasoning, intensively probing into the operational plan of inter-city dedicated passenger line, meanwhile, putting the research findings into use.In the light of the definition of the train running plan and its principal sunstance, combining the actual fact of inter-city passenger dedicated line, this thesis brings out the principles of running plan and the main contents, which, to the largest extent, sum up the chief factors affecting this plan.The thesis carries out the novel method of making the running plan, through taking the locomotive routings involved by the running plan, the sorts of the running train, the mode of the stop of the train and the characteristics of interweaving into consideration, gives out the method of studying comprehensivly, establishes the optimized model for sufficing the passenger flow in condition of fulfilling the minimum munber of the MU, and through selceting such key problems as locomotive routings, sorts of the running train and mode of stop, running plan is utimately fixed.This thesis put the theoratical study into pratical dedicated line. Taking the the Cheng-Mian-Le inter-city dedicated line as an instance, by utilizing some fruit of research, the author ascertains the locomotive routings, the sorts of the running train, the mode of trains stopping and the twain number of the train, draws up the running plan and rationally drafts the schemes of this dedicated line train, achieving fine effects.更多还原
