【摘要】 榆林是国家第二批历史文化名城,是历史时期农牧文化交融之地,也是古代重要的边防重镇,为明九边重镇之一。榆林历史文化名城资源丰富且地域特征明显。随着国家西部大开发战略的实施,榆林作为我国重要的煤油气能源基地,得到了快速发展,在这一进程中,如何协调和平衡经济建设和文化资源的保护和合理开发,成为榆林市政府和当地面临的一个重要而紧迫的问题。本文作为《榆林历史文化名城研究》的子课题,旨在通过对历史文化名城资源的构成和评价方法的研究,深入研究榆林历史文化名城资源现状,建立适应于榆林历史文化名城资源特征的综合价值评价方法。深化研究以量化评价为主、定性评价为辅,多学科技术手段交叉运用的复合式评价方法。同时引入GIS的相关技术手段,建构和完善历史文化名城资源评价的体系。通过建立的历史文化资源综合价值评价体系和评价方法,对榆林历史文化名城资源的实例研究,主要得到以下两个方面的结论；首先,榆林历史文化名城具有独特的地域特征和文化特征,如军事重镇、榆林古城、近代革命遗址类资源评价价值等级较高、特征明显,是榆林历史文化名城资源的突出代表,但同时,这些资源又存在着现状保护不利等问题。其次,运用GIS的相关技术方法及手段,对榆林历史文化名城资源进行资源数据库建立、空间要素关联性分析、缓冲分析、旅游路径分析等,通过较为科学和直观的历史文化资源空间分布特征和要素关联特征对历史文化名城资源的保护和开发建立科学的政策决策依据和决策反馈机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Historical and cultural resources are a valuable human material and cultural heritage, is the various historical stages left in kind, is the study of social development, science and technology development, culture and arts development and source of the important examples. Of its historical, social, cultural and economic aspects of the integrated value. At present, the historical and cultural resources protection has become China’s historical heritage protection work in the main focus. Successes and failures in practice experience has shown that it carried out an integrated manner the value of evaluation is to formulate a scientific and effective protection strategies and measures premise.Yulin is the second batch of historic and cultural city, geographic location is unique blend of ancient farming culture, the land, but also an important frontier city of the ancient one side of town for 9, one rich in historical and cultural resources and significant geographic features.
