轻型过顶跟踪天线结构系统的研制

【摘要】 天线系统是用来辐射和接收无线电波的能量转换装置,是一种典型的机电一体化产品,也是雷达、通信、导航、电子对抗等诸多无线电设备的重要组成部分。天线结构包含天线和天线座以及驱动装置等。一般雷达或卫星地面天线的工作范围只要求一定的扇形区域,但是对于具有特殊用途的地面天线系统,不仅要求下行跟踪接收信息的时间尽可能地长,而且飞行器经过天顶时,离地面站的距离最近、信号最强,所以常常提出具有过顶跟踪能力的特殊要求。本文设计了一种轻型过顶跟踪天线座支撑的双反射面天线结构系统。它能够使天线波束覆盖整工作空域,使得该系统能够有效地跟踪轨道高度较低、任意轨道倾角的可视卫星目标及其它航天器,确保全过程卫星下传信号不丢失。本文的主要内容包括过顶跟踪天线结构系统的工作原理、轻型天线结构系统方案的制定以及主要性能指标的分析计算。主要指标的分析计算包括天线反射体的主面精度分析、风载荷、不平衡力矩、惯性载荷的分析计算以及轴系精度分析等。轻型天线反射体和立柱的力学分析计算采用有限元法进行。文中给出了有限元模型的计算概况,计算结果及分析等。通过计算机优化设计和力学分析计算,为轻型过顶跟踪天线结构系统的研制提供了重要的设计依据,通过天线系统的现场电性测试,表明本天线结构系统具有良好的传动精度,轴系精度和结构刚度,不仅适应于遥感接收地面站,同时可与地面TT&C站兼容。尤其是其具有显著轻型化的特点,不需要大型运输和吊装设备,因此不仅便于在运输和吊装设备有保障的地区布站,更便于在大型运输和吊装设备等环境条件不好保证的边远地区以及在远离我国本土的地球两极布站。本文作为轻型过顶跟踪天线结构系统的设计工作总结,对所涉及的技术问题给予了概要说明,并从技术角度对天线结构系统作出了评价。工程产品的实际应用,验证了该结构系统各项性能指标均满足大总体对分系统提出的技术要求

【Abstract】 Antenna systems are used to receive and transmit RF microwave, which are typical electronic-machining products. Antenna system is an important part of radar, telecommunication, navigation and electrical countermeasure, etc. An antenna system mainly contains reflector, pedestal and driving mechanism. The operation range of normal radar and satellite earth station antenna only require a certain fan-shaped sector. The time for down-link tracking is required as long as possible, the distance to earth station is required to be nearest, while the signal is needed to be strongest in this sector when the flight vehicle is passing the zenith. Therefore, there are more requirements to the earth station antenna for special capability such as passing zenith tracking. The designed light tracking pedestal that supports dual reflector antenna system is introduced in the thesis. The system can make antenna beam cover the whole space, track a lower orbit, track visible satellite targets in any inclination orbit and ensure tracking continually satellite signal in whole downlink process efficiently.The operation principle of structure system of light passing zenith tracking antenna, structural proposal of light antenna system and analysis and calculation of specification are described explicitly in the paper. The analysis and calculation of of main specification includes main-reflector accuracy, wind load, inertial load and axial system accuracy. The structural mechanics of light weight antenna reflector and pedestal is analyzed and calculated by FEA method. The model of FEA and result of analysis is given in the paper.Computer optimization and mechanics analysis provide an important design basis for development of structure system of light passing zenith tracking antenna. In-situ electrical measurement on antenna system has been carried out. It is found that this antenna system has good axial system accuracy, excellent transmission precision and structural rigidity, which is compatible with TT & C station as well and can be widely used in remote-sensing earth station. It is unnecessary to use large-scale transportation and hoisting apparatus because of its significant advantage of light weight. It is convenient to establish station in nasty day in an outlying district and two poles of the earth establishment far away from our native country.The design of structure system of light passing zenith tracking antenna and relative technical points are summarized and evaluated in the paper from the view of technology. The application of structure system of light passing zenith tracking antenna proves the technical specification can fully meet the practical requirements of system integration.
