【摘要】 非均衡发展理论是在科学发展观的指导下的一种发展理论。群众体育在体育事业,乃至社会主义现代化事业中都占有重要地位。群众体育的非均衡发展必须警惕发展失衡的问题。本文通过文献资料法,访谈法和比较分析等研究方法对湖南省群众体育的非均衡发展状况进行了研究,为促进湖南省群众体育各方面的非均衡发展提供了科学的依据。首先,研究从全国的各个角度对非均衡发展的状况进行了观察,然后细化到对我国群众体育非均衡发展状况的观察,最后过度到研究的重点：湖南省群众体育的非均衡发展。研究从湖南省体育人口、社会体育指导员、群众体育经费、群众体育活动场地设施等方面对湖南省群众体育的非均衡发展进行分析,总结出湖南省体育人口年龄结构上存在非均衡发展,需要大力发展青壮年体育人口的数量；社会体育指导员的年龄和学历结构上存在非均衡发展,需要优化社会体育指导员的年龄结构和并提高社会体育指导员的学历层次；群众体育经费上经费了来源单一,需要拓展经费来源,吸纳社会资金；群众体育活动场地设施人均水平不如全国水平,需要大力建设适合群众进行的健身活动场所和全民健身路径。更多还原
