【摘要】 随着经济的发展,城市空间规模不断扩大,居民职住距离增加,居民通勤出行高峰给城市交通带来巨大压力。近年来北京市轨道交通网络化发展迅猛,成为公共客运交通体系的骨干,在引导城市空间布局调整、人口迁移及交通结构转变等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。因此,研究轨道交通对居民职住地选择及通勤出行的影响,深入分析轨道交通与人口迁移、职住分布、通勤出行等的相互关系,为城市规划提供决策支持具有重要意义。本文选取了1 1个轨道交通沿线样本区及若干非地铁沿线样本区,并对11000个样本的个人及家庭状况、居住情况和通勤出行情况进行调查。基于调查数据,本文从轨道交通沿线居民职住地选择的影响因素、人口迁移及职住分布特征、通勤出行特征三方面深入分析了轨道交通对居民职住地选择及通勤出行的影响。首先,论文全面分析了样本区内居民当前及未来居住地选的影响因素,基于1ogit选择模型,建立居住地选择的影响因素分析模型,社会经济属性对居民是否居住在轨道交通沿线的影响模型,轨道交通对不同人群影响程度模型,研究轨道交通与居民职住地选择的关系。其次,论文在对样本搬家情况及原因分析的基础上,将样本搬家前后职住地点所在的交通小区数据导入GIS数据库,生成人口迁移空间分布图、职住地空间分布图,分析各样本区人口迁移空间分布特征、现状职住地空间分布特征及搬家前后职住分离强度变化,探析不同类型区人口迁移及职住分布特点,预测未来轨道交通对人口迁移的引导趋势。再次,论文从通勤出行方式、距离、时耗及费用等方面对北京市轨道交通沿线居民的通勤出行特征进行分析,并着重分析了地铁出行方式链特征及不同轨道交通站点的吸引范围,建立了居民轨道交通通勤出行选择模型,回归分析各因素对选择地铁作为通勤出行交通方式的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy, urban space have been expanding, the distance between people’s residence and workplace have been increasing, residents commuting peak take enormous pressure to urban traffic. In recent years, metro networking of Beijing is developing rapidly, metro became the main public transport and play an irreplaceable role in guiding the adjustment of urban spatial distribution, population migration and changes in traffic structure. Therefore, research on the influence of urban rail transit on residents’choice of residence, workplace and commuting travel mode, analysis of the relationship among the metro, population migration, distribution of residence and workplace, commuting travel mode and so on, have important Significance.The paper selected eleven sample areas nearby or away the metro, surveyed 11000 individuals’personal and family situation, living and commuter travel conditions. Based on survey data, the paper’s research on the influence of metro on residents’choice of residence, workplace and commuting travel mode, is analyzed in three respects:the influence factors of residents’choice of residence and workplace; the characteristics of population migration and distribution of residence and workplace; the characteristics of commuting travel.First, the paper comprehensively analyze current and future influence factors of residents’choice of residence and workplace, based on logit model, establish the analysis model about the influence factors of residents’choice of residence, the analysis model about whether residents live near the metro or not, study the relationship between the metro and distribution of residence and workplace.Secondly, the paper analyzes the situation and the reasons for population migration, put residence and workplace traffic zone data into GIS database, draw the pictures about the spatial distribution of population migration, the spatial distribution of residence and workplace. Analyze the characteristic about the spatial distribution of population migration, the spatial distribution of residence and workplace among different Sample areas, Forecast the metro’s guide trend about population migration in the future.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the characteristics of residents’commuting travel in four respects:commuting travel mode, commuting travel distance, commuting travel time-consuming and commuting travel expense, the paper analyzes the characteristics of metro transit mode chain and the affect range of different metro station, establish the resident metro commuting travel model, analyzes different factors’influence metro commuting travel model.更多还原
