抗战时期陕甘宁边区报刊事业研究

【摘要】 抗战时期,面对陕甘宁边区经济文化普遍落后的现实,为号召全民族团结抗战,和巩固中共在边区的政权,报刊作为中国共产党组织工作的重要武器,受到高度重视。因此,在中共中央和边区各级政府部门的支持下,报刊业作为边区新闻事业的重要组成部分,经过初创、调整和改革三个阶段,得到了迅速发展。首先,从报刊的类型来看,主要分为机关报刊、社会群体对象报刊和行业及专业报刊。这些报刊的内容涉及政治、经济、文化、艺术、教育、军事和科技等方方面面,上至中共中央的党政报刊,下至面向基层群众的普通报刊,均体现出很强的党性、群众性和广泛性。其次,从报刊的管理体制来看,建立了以中共中央党报委员会、边区宣传部和中央出版发行部组成的核心管理机构,负责统筹陕甘宁边区报刊的组织管理及出版发行。陕甘宁边区各类报刊在报道宣传上,突出真实报道与典型报道,并采取群众喜闻乐见的宣传方式,取得了显著成效。陕甘宁边区的报刊事业经过八年抗战的洗礼,得到了前所未有的发展。这对于提高边区群众的文化教育水平和促进全国各个民族、阶层和党派坚定信念、团结一致、共同抗日,推进马克思主义中国化的历史进程,起到了非常重要的作用。与此同时,边区报刊事业在发展的过程中,始终坚持密切联系群众的办报方针,讲求实事求是,形成了独具边区特色的办报办刊理念与工作模式,为新中国报刊事业的发展奠定了初步基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the Anti-Japanese war, in the face of the reality of under-developed culture and economy of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, in order to call on all the nations to resist Japan united and strengthen the political power of Communist Party of China, the press was paid highly attention to because it was the important weapon to organize all the works of CPC.Therefore, in support of border region sectors and government of CPC, the Press as one of the important parts of Journalism in the Border Region that was developed greatly via three stages which were the beginning of building adjusting and reforming and enhancing.Firstly, for the styles, the Press was mainly divided into Organ Press Social Press, Industry Press and Profession Press, the contents of these presses were refer to politics economy culture art education military affairs and technology, from the CPC Press to general press of grass roots, embodying the strong character of CPC and grass roots. Secondly, at the point of administrations, they built the central party press committee and border region propaganda and central publishing sector as the core of administrative departments which control the Press’ administration and publishing of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border region. The propaganda of all kinds of Presses of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region obtained obviously effects because of the popular propaganda way among peoples through paying great attention on combination of the reality news and typical news.The Press of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region went through the severe test of eight yeas Anti-Japanese war, unprecedented development that they never had before. It played an important role on improving the educational level of border region and promoting all the nations and groups and the parties having strong belief and solidarity in Anti-Japanese war. It also played irreplaceable role on pushing the history of localization of Marxism in China. Meantime, the Press insisted on the principle that keeping in touch with grass roots and seeking truth from facts, which formed their special running Press idea and work style.
