【摘要】 从世界范围来看,随着航天技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,“太空经济”时代已经悄然来临,航天领域的国际竞争日趋激烈。我国的航天科技工业正处于历史上任务最多、发展最快、竞争更趋激烈的重大战略机遇期。这样的背景下,我国航天企业企业面临产能不足的瓶颈问题日益突显。因此如何提高航天电子企业生产率、缩短产品生产周期、提高企业的适应能力和竞争能力成为亟待解决的课题。企业信息化为上述问题找到了一条思路。作为企业上层信息系统与底层工业控制中间桥梁的“制造执行系统”(以下简称MES)研究和开发新的生产管理系统,已被越来越多的应用在生产管理中,基于MES的生产管理平台能有效的解决生产企业的产能不足问题。本论文在企业生产管理现状及问题的基础上,引出了MES的理论概念,再基于MES理论设计了依照企业特点搭建的的生产管理平台,接下来阐述了MES在HT企业中具体的应用实例,最后尝试分析了MES实施的风险与控制。最后论文得出结论,对于航天电子企业来说,通过实施该系统,将大力提高企业生产管理的效率和反应能力,提高产品质量,提高库存管理水平,缩短产品的生产周期,达到生产管理的透明化和高效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 On a global scale,with the fast advent of the Space technology and the competition in different countries becoming much keener.Space technology underwent one of the most rapid changes known in history.The bottleneck problem of production is becoming more and more apparent. is becoming more and more apparent. It is necessary to research and develop a new industry information systerm for improve productivity.Through introducing The Manufacturing Execution System(MES),the thesis analyse the fact which aerospace electronic enterprises.After expounding the purpose and the main function of MES,the require-fixd problems were brought forward.After analysed the main business requirement,the general design idea was given out.The thesis will focud on the design purpose and developing of electronic product assembling, Which is one of the main working lines in the steel company.After the,the thesis introduces the structure of both hardware and software on the servers and clients which is used in this project.Finally,there are conclued with a summary and some future research areas in this thesis.更多还原
