【摘要】 现代工程项目管理过程不确定因素很多,在施工过程中面临着多种危机,并且无论哪种危机发生,都有可能给工程项目带来致命的打击。项目应急管理即突发事件管理对于建筑企业实现长期稳定发展也愈发显得重要。本文以某工程通风空调专业项目实施管理过程为例,针对如何应对突发事件展开课题研究。以项目管理的角度对可能发生的突发事件进行系统的规划管理,首先强调全体项目部成员树立全员危机意识,对可能发生的突发事件高度重视并进行事前认真的分析,根据不同角度如安全事故控制、劳动力短缺问题、突发传染病可能性、各专业配合影响等进行分析,通过分析的结果制定出不同类型的突发事件应对预案,在项目管理过程中发生的不同突发事件时,冷静的按照制定的预案应对,及时按照预案程序启动实施,并取得了较好的结果。在现代工程项目管理过程大部分建筑企业没有建立自己的突发事件管理系统,本文希望在建筑企业在项目管理过程中树立危机意识,建立并完善突发事件管理系统。更多还原
