基于本体推理的心电图辅助诊断系统研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着Web技术的迅速发展和普及应用,人们可以根据自己的需要在互联网上很方便的浏览和查询各种信息,但是人们获得信息的来源途径的增多以及数量的不断加大的同时,信息噪音也在加大,并不断干扰人们的视听,影响人的判断力。因此,信息组织应运而生。依据信息组织的定义和内容,本体(Ontology)技术和语义网(Semantic Web)技术得到了快速的发展,其中领域本体的提出在很大程度上满足了人们对特定领域知识透彻了解的需求,领域本体的应用也渗透了社会的各个领域。本文从本体推理方面对领域本体的应用加以探索。综述了国内外相关研究成果,应用知识组织理论、本体理论、本体推理理论对心电图领域的领域术语进行分析,建立了心电图本体,并依据权威书籍建立了心电图推理本体,最终构建了基于本体推理的心电图辅助诊断系统。本文的理论意义在于以本体推理功能为研究重点,通过构建具有丰富推理功能的本体,进行医疗辅助诊断,研究内容有一定难度,研究工作具有一定的原创性,研究成果可以为本体构建、知识组织和知识服务提供理论依据。本文现实意义在于本文的预期研究成果具有科学性和可操作性,构建了基于本体的心电图诊断系统,为医疗辅助诊断提供实践依据。
【Abstract】 At present, with the rapid development of Web technology and wider application, people can browse and search all kinds of information on line conveniently according to their needs, we can say, Web technology linked to the whole world together. But the number of way that people access to information sources is increasing, while the information noise is also increasing and constantly interfere with people’s eyes and affect people’s discretion. Therefore, the simple Web search engine that only lists and sets out information can no longer meet the needs of people to acquire useful information, information organization is made. Information Organization, also known as information-ordered, is the process of useing certain rules, methods and techniques to disclose and describe the external characteristics and content features of information, the result is to transfer the disorder information into ordered set. The main process of information organization is①information selected;②information analysis;③description and reveal information;④information storage.According to the the definition and content of information organization, ontology technology and Semantic Web technology developed rapidly.Building domain ontology can meet the people’s need of thorough understanding the knowledge. Domain ontology strictly regulate the format of information organization and carried out effective choice of specific area things.And analyze the relationships(upper and lower relationships,synonymous relationships, antonymous relationships) among different things of the field. while describing things in detail and accurately, and set up database interface, making the information storage more persistentlyThe current application domain ontology has been gradually penetrated into various fields, including iron and steel, military, medical, educational, economic and other fileds that people can touch.The application forms are diverse,such as orderly application in the search engine,data mining in the data house,and reasoning in the expert reasoning system."concepts, classes, relations, functions, axioms and individuals"--six elements of Ontology are used to define the semantic types and semantic relations between concepts,describe the domain knowledge and its properties in detail, provide axioms and inference rules. The domain ontology has comprehensively ability of describing field,three-dimensional multidimensional nature of knowledge organization, knowledge, understanding of the machine semantics, intelligent reasoning of knowledge retrieval, these features make the knowledge organizational goals driven by the Semantic Web technology further in-depth, aim to make objective knowledge subjective and subjective knowledge objective and provide knowledge services, which provide user demand-driven, knowledge-oriented content, and integration into the user decision-making process and help users find solutions to problems or the formation of value-added services.This paper will explore the application of ontology in the field of information organization from the ontology reasoning aspect.The dissertation reviewed the related literatures inside and outside China, analysed the domain termimology of ECG field with the theories of knowledge organization, ontology, ontology reasoning, and built the ECG ontology, drafted the reasoning rules according to the authority book,and finally built the ECG Diagnosis System based on Ontology Reasoning. The dissertation mainly:(1)Summarizing the basic ontology theory. expatiating on the concept of ontology in details.Discussing the ontology classification according to the formal degree of ontology,research topics of ontology and three levels of ontology research.Explainning three ontology-building methods such as Toronto Virtual Enterprise method,Meth ontology approach and seven-step method.Introduceing the ontology web language for a detailed description, and compare the three child language of OWL,such as OWL FULL, OWL DL, OWL Lite.Introduceing the most popular ontology editing tools protege. Spliting the ontology inference engine for each part, and analyzed their work principle. Focused on the Jess inference engine. Finally, Expatiateing on the SWRL--ontology reasoning language in detail.(2)Building the ECG ontology based on the SWRL language.Analyzing the ECG field in detail.Extracting the professional terms of ECG to become the concept of the ontology.Making the relationships among terms become the properties of the ontology. Establishing test cases as instances of ontology.Building the reasoning rules according to the electrical diagnostic clinic part of 6th edition diagnositic textbook. Finally, Jess reasoning engine has been established to test the feasibility of the inference rule.(3)Using java swing framework technology, mysql database operating techniques, the JDBC database connection technology and ontology programming techniques, using mysql database, protege API Toolkit, Jess.jar driver package, Java Runtime Environment JDK1.6 and MyEclipse6.0 development tools, combined with the established electrocardiogram.owl to design and implement the ontology-based simulation of ECG diagnostic system, This system verified the related theories and methods proposed in the dissertation, thus relatively completing the research system from theory to method and to application.Theoretical significance of this paper focus on ontology reasoning function, building rich reasoning capabilities of ontology to medical aided diagnosis.The study has some difficulty with some original research work.The research results provide a theoretical basis for ontology construction, knowledge organization and knowledge services. Practical significance of this article is the expected research results is scientific and feasible,building ontology-based ECG diagnosis system,Providing the practical basis for the medical aided diagnosis.
