【摘要】 本文选择了C/S结构构架下应用程序开发技术,结合了VB开发工具及SQL server数据库,建立了对党务信息实现了动态采集、整理、统计、汇总为一体的党务管理平台。系统功能比较完善,能系统、全面地支持党组织和党员管理的全过程,实现了包括党员的登记、党费管理、党员发展等各个模块的功能,可以方便地进行录入、查询、修改、调动、删除、退出,随时把握党员的信息更改和调动情况,达到了信息化管理,摆脱手工操作的烦琐,方便党务管理人员对党务工作的管理。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面,并以其系统性、全面性以及技术手段的多样性和先进性、使用的安全性和稳定性、应用的广泛性等特点,性能优良,极大地减轻了党务管理人员的工作强度,提高了党员管理的现代化水平。为党的领导、党的建设、经济发展提供有效、及时、准确、科学的信息决策条件,能够提高工作效率、转变管理思路；使党务管理工作系统化、规范化、科学化；在一定程度上实现无纸化办公,节约办公经费,树立发挥党在国家建设中的威信和作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of network and information technology, the content information management of the party affairs at the bottom level is not confined to the analysis and statistics of the data. The management for party affairs, new methods and skills of management should be introduced to which is suitable for the need of the development of the party organization. In order to improve the information management and to change the traditional management from hand-recorded one to the computerized basis, this thesis discussed the techniques of application of the C/S structure, combining the VB with SQL server data base and it constructs a platform to realized the combination of dynamic acquisition, coordination, statistics and collection of data. This platform has realized the fundamental information data administration for the party affairs management, party membership dues management; the management of email, and party affairs, such as, the statistics, editing, revising and output of the report forms.The main body of the thesis based on practical working experiences and the experiment of the platform of the party information management. The full text can be divided into four parts.Part one, model-building. ROSE which is highly integrated with VB, based on UML with objectives, is a two-way CASE to be applied in model-building of the objective system and code-generating.Part two, the realization of module functions. It discusses the business analysis, designing process, the discussion of module functions and the platform in detail.Part three, the systematic data base designing, data structure design and the key technology design related to the system.Part four, realize and apply the system.This paper studies on the Windows management platform is the party membership applicant under the environment of realizing the basic information management and information management, activists basic party dues basic information management, management, organization management, statistical analysis, the party of the office application software. Party of integrated business management platform management function mainly statistical analysis, through statistics statistical analysis and prediction indexes, such as the development plan, plans, annual party members to provide accurate information statistic data.The platform of Heilongjiang University can be used to process the information, such as entering, inquiring about, revising, arousing deleting on the party’s relevant information conveniently. It is necessary to grasp relevant information at anytime and to change the conditions.
